I ordered five books for my grands. The illustrations and stories are adorable; however, the books have European English spellings rather than American English spellings, for instance, tire (wheel of a car) is spelled tyre. I would love to see the company offer American English as a choice.

I ordered a custom book for my granddaughter for Christmas. They sent to the wrong address. Long story short, the child has no present from her grandparents on Christmas now. The other siblings do. I'm SOOO disappointed.

UPDATE: it turns out the problem was my problem. I put the wrong address on the order. Librio QUICKLY fixed the problem and sent out a new book. Thanks Librio!

I cannot thank Librio enough. I ordered this item online during the Christmas postal strikes and due to their quick dispatch I received it in plenty of time. The book is beautiful and amazing quality. I had troubles with payment online and they have been nothing short of helpful. The packaging is gorgeous too. The books were beautiful and I have always loved how these look and finds can be tailored to the kids. I also loved how it took them on a discovery around Europe which is where they hail from. It was easy to use the website and easy to track the items. All in all a great experience.
