Efficiently valuable
Firstly they had the book that I was very much interested in. Secondly they started sending updates of the evolution of the book whereabouts. And finally the book was received very well packed, unharmed and in great condition.

Book took an eternity to arrive
Book took an eternity to arrive. Luckily we got a second copy in one day from another supplier. A second book, this time of exams, was ordered by my boss. It didn't arrive. My boss contacted yourselves who said it had been delivered by Correos express on the 17th of July ( it's now the 29th) but it is nowhere to be found. You are currently investigating the matter. However, we NEED the book NOW!!

I value their honesty and information
What I valued is the fact that they pre-informed about a damage one of the books had and offered to change it.
Although they promised a discount that they forgot finally as I accepted the little damage in order not to have to wait .
The books arrived when they told me and everything was well organised and arranged.

Bookmarked for import books
I've bought books here 3 times and pretty good experience until now. Now I have this page bookmarked for buying import books.
My only problem would be some lost information during the sending of the package, but I think that is caused by one of the intermediaries (I've had to correct the address all 3 times before receiving them cause there were missing details).
The books itself arrived well and at a good price (for example for one collection I'm doing, the first volume bought directly in London costed me 25€ after conversion while here next volumes are ~20€ each)
The only issue would be that some arrive a little dusty , although it can be simply cleaned without damage.

Books well protected
I've been buying some hardcover books on Libristo tired of how many books I ordered on Amazon arrived with some marks due to the poor package protection. Libristo takes care of that issue, with books on perfect condition, and the pricing is in general the best on the market. If you don't mind on wait a little bit on receiving your books, give them a chance!

Very happy
I have made two orders in the last few weeks and both arrived fairly promptly. Not as fast as Amazon Prime but reasonable. Both books were cheaper than elsewhere.
I haven't been able to work out how to get an invoice, but that is not really very important.
