At first I was skeptical, but after receiving all the books I ordered, I decided to buy more and was left satisfied. The packaging is really good if you buy a big bundle. The only nitpick is the delivery time, however some of my orders were during the xmas holidays, pretty much everything slows down during that time.

I am seriously frustrated
I am seriously frustrated. I have ordered TWO books on December 10 and now it's January 14 and they are still not here. I got the email of "they are close" or "they are now getting ready to be delivered to your box" more than 3 times. They keep saying "in 5 days" but its been 10 and no update. Never buying again.

my honest expiriance
the shipping is very slow, and i also dont understand whats the point of listing books in ur site of which u dont have in stock , or book that u are for sure u got.
I ordered 2 books and after some back and forth with the support they said , "However, it is possible that we will not be able to obtain the books for you.". But if i had to be fully honest the support was pretty good i had no issues with them and they even offered me a refund.

At Libristo I was able to find books…
At Libristo I was able to find books that I was searching for and at a price lower than anywhere else. Books were packed very well. If I could hope for one thing, it would be faster transit. I paid my order November 17th and got it in my hands in Finland on December 3rd. However, it was definitely worth it and I will continue tuo order books here. :)

Two big orders
I ordered paperbacks and they came perfectly packaged in bubble wrap in mint condition.
It did take quite some time because some of the books weren't immediately available. But the customer service informed me of all delays in getting the books and offered several solutions. Since I wasn't in any hurry the long waiting time wasn't a problem for me.

I love this bookstore
I recently found this website and already ordered from them 3 times! It’s easy, accessible, so many books/mangas to choose from! I found everything I wanted here and I LOVE IT! I will order from them again and again and again! As for customer support, they respond fast and are so kind and nice. I’m usually scared to talk to the support but they made it really easy. Books come in perfect condition through a trusted courier service. Overall, one of the best bookstores online I have ever used! 🩷

Quite not safe packing
It took longer than in the similar other book selling sites. However main cons is the packing of books. Quite loose packing. The books inside were loose in the oversized cardboard package. No film wrapping etc.
And I wish to book description would be added size of font of the book! If I knew how tiny is the font of one of the books, I would not buy.

I ordered Hungarian books till Sweden, the whole experience was very nice, when one of the books I bought was not available the customer service team contacted me fast and I was able to exchange the book without a problem and took only 2 emails!

Extremely slow!
Delivery took at least two weeks for a simple English textbook. Furthermore, eight days after returning the book, I still haven't received any news about the refund. Extremely slow!

Very satisfied with my purchase
Very satisfied with my purchase. Insufficient protection however, the cardboard box was partly torn. The books arrived in great condition though, aside from little dents here and there but I don't think that's due to the damage on the box.

The book delivered was different from what was advertised and sold
The book delivered was different from the book that the webshop advertised and sold. The ISBN was the same but the edition has changed. Normally you wouldn’t expect this to be an issue, but the publisher had changed the title and modified the contents significantly, omitting parts that mattered to me. This made the revised edition useless. I contacted the bookshop but sadly they were not receptive even after multiple tries. I accept that the problem originated with the publisher, but the bookshop was useless regardless. Eventually, I gave up. I will sell the book onwards at a loss and take my next business elsewhere.
