Initially everything was good. Then suddenly I had no access to my apps. Numerous attempts to communicate with the company failed to get any response at all. Unacceptable!

Company is a total SCAM, walked away with $97 for lifetime access. License worked for four months. Adobe started sending me e-mails that my licenses were not valid. I wrote the company 4 times and asked for help. No response was received., tried chat on their website..nothing nada!! I got another e-mail from Adobe that License Industry has removed my access to the apps. No response from License Industry on multiple e-mails. I paid for a lifetime license for all Adobe products and got three to four months of use. Biggest SCAM ever!!. Do NOT SPEND 1 [penny with these guys!!!

License worked for three months. Adobe started sending me e-mails that my licenses were fraudulent. I wrote the company and asked for help. No response was received. A few weeks later I get another e-mail from Adobe that License Industry has removed my access to the apps. No response from License Industry on multiple e-mails. I paid for a lifetime license for all Adobe products and got three to four months of use. SCAMMMMMMMMM!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION and DO NOT give these people your hard earned money.

Scam. Works for a couple months then they take you off their list and the product no longer works

I'd give them -5 stars if possible. This is just another clever way to scam you (and presumably software publishers) out of money. You're offered a "lifetime" subscription when in fact they're gaming the license process. It seems great at first, but you'll only get 2-4 months of full access until the publisher yanks the illegal license and you lose access. Then License Industry ghosts you after sending a generic email explaining how to enable a "perpetual" trial license. Note their refund policy is only 30 days, it's only after 30 days that the wheels fall off of this scam.

Scam. After about 2 months Adobe cancelled my account and all License Industry can do is say "Just go into a free trial and we assure you we'll add you again."

My access that I bought in July was cutoff yesterday. And they will not answer emails or chat. License Industry sucks!!

I shouldn't even have to give this one stars. Purchased August 2022 to use when I retire, so haven't used it yet. Received and email today from Adobe "your administrator for License Industry has removed your access to Illustrator". Which is beyond License Industry's 30 day period for refund. They aren't answering emails. Hopefully Paypal will offer some protection and process a refund. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true...IT IS. Scammers.

Beware of this company. Yes there's a 30 day money back guarantee but it is an illusion, after the 30 days are up they will quietly remove you and you will lose all access to the license you paid for and will not return your emails or answer any questions.

I had purchased lifetime access to Adobe Lightroom from them. I had the access for 3 months before Adobe informed me that my access is unauthorized and I will not have access anymore. Multiple efforts to contact licenseindustry, was unsuccessful. They do not have a telephone number to get in touch with them. Just a contact form and chat option. No response on either.
All positive reviews here are either false, or customers who had initial good service from them. I believe they are a scam by initially giving you access for few months and then you loose access even though they claim to sell you a lifetime subscription.
Buy at your own risk.

Same as all the others. Worked at first and then got the fraud notice. Emails bounce back undeliverable. Chat on their website goes unanswered. Just finished my PayPal refund request and used this site and all reviews as supporting documentation. Should have known it was too good to be true.

Purchased August 23, 2022, activated the software. Received a notification from Adobes Fraud Prevention specialists, they detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe license that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription.

Adobe terminated the license and the software gives a notice that in 7 days you won't be able to use the software anymore unless you buy a new license.

Was happy with product and customer service ... righht up until the license expiring in 7 days notice from Adobe, and no response from License Industry.

Got this e-mail: "This email is to notify you that our Fraud Prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe license that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription.

We are giving you 5 business days of grace period to resolve this issue. After the grace period ends, access to your current non-genuine software will be blocked."

So you got my money and I got nothing.

Was notified by Adobe that the license I bought in July was fraudulently sold.

Stay away from these people. So I decided to trust and I did say to myself, if it didn't work out, I would learn. So I signed up in August I believe, and I get an email today from Adobe Genuine team with the exact words, "fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe license that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription." The subscription came from THESE people. So they are obviously scammers.

Receive notification that purchased Adobe Creative Cloud license was NON-GENUINE and that access would be blocked.

I been trying to contact them for two weeks to buy a license. But they haven't responded. There is no form where you fill in the payment. It says to contact them but nothing I think they are done.

I bought the license for Adobe because I thought it was to good to be true, well it is the real the deal. I got everything they said it was and I am happy. I have been telling people and friends about it and to purchase a license if they need to or need one. I will continue to refer people.

Just as advertised! Process was easy. 30 minutes after making my payment I received an email directly from Adobe with my access to all of the apps in Creative Cloud. So happy I took the leap.
