This company is terrible. Lip service at best. Very poor followup. My colleague and I purchased a license key for me from this company in early November 2020. We made numerous attempts to access the product purchased — over a period of two months, with them repeatedly sending — a used key code; a key for PC when we purchased MAC; attaching the key to the wrong account; updating contact information with errors; ignored requests for contact corrections; continued to send a PC instead of a MAC viable license code even after numerous advisements that a MAC viable version was purchased and required; told us they were out of MAC licenses and would have one the next day. A license key was never received. That last promise was almost two months ago. We finally purchased from another supplier. That was clean, simply installed and is working well. We are still waiting for a refund. I have recently been ask by their “service” department if the issue has been resolved. My email reply has bounced back.

I recommend you NOT buy from this company.

I have no complains that’s why I am giving a 5 star to Licensekey24. My windows 7 ultimate is working perfectly, the activation was went through right away, amazing. Even though Microsoft does not support windows 7, I was able to download all the security updates for windows 7 service pack 1 64 bit. I am planning in buying something else from these guys merci

I had difficulty with install that I think were my fault but Tony Bates who was my contact was a total gem and logged in with Teamviewer and got me up and running in minutes with very friendly and very efficient assistance. SCAM ALERT. I bought a license key for Office 2019 for Mac from licenskey24 on November 10, 2020. When I went to install it the installation programs said that the license key for windows. I have 31 emails to them with responses "login and trace the order, use this hyperlink, formatted and a clean install" etc, "we do not have any office2019 at the moment we will order from Microsoft etc. I have called multiple times speaking (number being off line most of the time) with their customer service reps (Mia Hudson, Edward Parker, Aiden Clark and Tony Bates) saying this will be rectified. Now it is January 15th, and I had asked for a refund since we cannot get this working. No response of course.
Since it is over 30 days I cannot get a credit card refund from my credit card company.
Please Stay away. I bought a copy off of Costco.ca for 30$ less on January 9th 2021 and had it working in less than one day

2021 01 26. I have had an update from Trust Pilot to provide additional personal information to the vendor. As I have spent over 20 hours and with this company with emails and phone calls and frustration for both myself and my end user to try to get this software running. I do not feel it is necessary to follow up with this company at this time as this is over 60 days since the original order was processed. Costco/Codes2go provided a working key in less than 10 hours.

I installed Office 2019 Pro on Janaury 20, 2021. The initial license code didn't work, but I asked Licensekey24 and they swiftly gave me the new license code which worked. Tony Bates was reasonable and able to fix the issue quickly. I recommend this product.

Worked perfectly. Downloaded FAST, installed with zero issues. Ignore the whiners that tell you us 5-star'ers are "not legit". BS. I'll buy again if I need more, they all stay listed on your account. Easy peasy. (C'mon what confederate would say "easy peasy" - that's a balsy move)

I purchased Microsoft Outlook 2016. I had issues with the registration of the software but after contacting Licensekey24 support, not only they responded to me quickly but also emailed the necessary information to fix my issue.

All the 5 star reviews are fake and from “Tony Bates” which is the scammer’s alias. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

The low prices are definitely a trap and you should save your money and buy the original product from the vendor.

I had ordered 3 MS Office Pro 2016 packages from LicenseKey24 a week ago. Somehow, I had repeated problems installing the third package on my laptop. Tony Bates of LicenseKey24 Support was very helpful in solving the problem by first politely asking permission to take control of my laptop using TeamViewer, assuring me of the safety, and performing the installation with the correct license key. Not only was he fast in solving the problem, but he was very polite and patient, which I am very grateful for given my lack of computer knowledge. On December 31, 2020, I ordered Microsoft 365. I immediately received an email saying that the order was processed. It also appeared on my credit card. The next day I received an email from them with a Key, to click on it so I'm able to download the software. NEVER WORKED. I sent numerous emails, got an email saying they had problems with there IT, to try in few hours, then nothing... they never got back to me. This Monday (13 days later), I tried to contact them by phone. Someone answered the phone and took my name and email address, saying they would check and call me back asap. Since NOTHING. Now guess what? I tried to call them this afternoon (Jan 14), it says: The number you have dial is no longer in service.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Total waste of money and time. Could not track purchase, only received ERROR messages We did not recieve any download and when contacted they only reassured us it would be taken care of. No problems taking our money

I would like to mention how satisfied I am with my experience with the help service. I had a lot of trouble installing the 64-bit version of Office 2016 Pro. I contacted the helpdesk and the person who helped me was Ashely Jones. This person was very professional and very courteous and took all the time necessary to make sure my software was installed correctly. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation! They are a serious and very professional company. I am very satisfied!

I had a great experience working with Tony B. I had some trouble downloading Microsoft Publisher. Tony spent a lot of time helping me get it sorted. I am very pleased with his service and would use License Key again. Thanks again for your help Tony!

I was having trouble with the download and contacted support and Tony Bates helped me through the problem. Other support members whose names I did not catch also helped out. Very satisfied with the replies that I received.
