Could'nt contact Microsoft by telephone in order to activate program, although I've done it several times before on other computers.
Please can I have my money back.

I was a bit disappointed at first with the speed of them answering my question, but once they did i was impressed by there customer service. I have now received my code and just waiting for the files to down load, Looking forward to opening them .

Thought it was a straight forward…
Thought it was a straight forward activating as was described as genuine product, I was wrong. Went through all the intricate procedure, still didn't work and have to give up.

The pre-sales service was excellent. Very prompt response to product queries. Purchasing the software was equally quick and complete with installation instructions. Whilst I am unlikely to install the product soon, On the basis of the service provided so far, I have no doubt that support for any problems encountered will be available should I need it.
