shocking service no more and a fantastic support to resolve the issue
I have been contacted immediately by the company and the issue i raised was thoroughly investigated with keeping me informed at all times. My comments were taken on board seriously and actioned, which was great to know as a customer. I also have been offered a direct support via phone plus the same support in 2022 in order to ensure that the issue will not occur again. Fantastic turnaround and all i can say that this is how customer should be treated. Definitely recommend the company and if any issue will happen in a future I know i can rest assured that they will support me in order to resolved it!
Absolutely rubbish service, I didn't get my key. Sent many emails, called. No answer. Do NOT purchase with this company
I finally received instructions how to access my licence key.

On 25 March, we received an e-mail from you requesting the licence key. We responded within half an hour. The next day, we received another e-mail from you with the same request. We also responded to that immediately. We also immediately replied to the next e-mail you sent us - we always reply to all e-mails received during office hours on the same day. You write that you have called us, but that is not possible - we provide support via e-mail and via the chat on our website, and we do not have a telephone number to call us.
Almost all licenses of our products are in stock, and we deliver them immediately after purchase. After your purchase, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail, containing all instructions for successfully using your purchase. In addition, you can always find your purchases with the corresponding licence codes if you log into your account on our website. You also bought from us earlier last year, and we delivered your licence with the same procedure right then and there. This is exactly why I am surprised by your review, because you are already familiar with the way we work.

Despite acclaimed appointment to teach installation,no appointment by cust ser rep and no customer service rep is available to reply,they just say please wait for 5 mins or either close my chat.
Returns claimed to be done within 24 hours,however,the number they accept for returns, bestelnummer 9 digits is unlike the acclaimed 6 digit numbers.
Reached within an hour after TrustPilot review, shortly handled by a customer rep about instructions despite being earlier ignored by 2 customer reps,one busy,asked me to wait for 5 min and without following up, one closes my chatbot,and ignores on the second attempt.
I asked and filed a refund due to bad customer service,The customer rep asks me to refer for instructions instead, which I have been trying and reloading for more than a hundred times after purchase, asked but ignored, asked for return then forwarded to the same useless file.I will suspect this is a scam.
However, as a student on diminutive cash reserves,I was keen to buy at first as antivirus is an important app to secure any online or offline activities.However,with the bad services,I wish to return, cancel and refund order, thanks for reminding me about the instructions/manual/useless
helpless retrievation code that left me hopeless,as I am truly upset by the pro-claimed excellent customer services.
I sincerely request for a return,thank you.After TrustPilot review again, I get reply within 10 minutes, I am approved foe a refund.However,it is still sensible to wait for 10 working or banking days for refund.Hopefully,I don't have to be grumpy and change my review for no refund by the time after 10 days.Finger-crossed.
It would be more than lovely if you have been consistent with your excellent customer services, in the past, present and the future.It is extremely rude to close customer's chat and ignore for a long period , when the customer, such as me, ask for an activation code for an app.
