Hip problems…
I have been visiting this welcoming practice for 4 years, mainly for treatment of a long-term hip problem. In that time my movement has been improved and eased by gentle, but firm, treatment and persuasion of the body to help and heal itself, and build up my awareness of bad habits! This has had the knock-on effect of improving my quality of life and outlook.

Would highly recommend
I've had back pain on and off for over 10 years, and despite seeing a whole procession of chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths, it wasn't until I started getting treatment with Jayne that the problem actually started to resolve. She also (amazingly!) somehow managed to reduce my tinnitus, which I thought was totally impossible. Jayne brings a great deal of care, attention and intelligence to her treatments. Thank you so much! :)
