I’d been dealing with issues on my flat roof since last year and unfortunately made the mistake of going with a cheaper company first. The work wasn’t great, and when problems came back, they were nowhere to be found. I tried another company after that, but it was only a temporary fix.
After months of searching, mostly getting responses asking me to send photos instead of properly checking the roof, I came across Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd on Instagram. Joseph came out to take a look in person, explained everything clearly, and even suggested some improvements I hadn’t considered. That gave me a lot more confidence.
The team were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a really high standard, and I’m genuinely pleased with the result.
