The Lichi website is so aestheically pleasing, and so are the clothes! The order arrived just a few days after it was placed. The fabric and fittings are all good quality, not your average mass market. Really satisfied!

I have ordered from Lichi in the past and received great items in good time.

Now the service is almost unusable, twice I have tried to order things only to be told they were out of stock after payment. Also, the shipping times are over a month to the UK since they have moved to Dubai despite quoting a 10 - 14 day lead time on their website.
This is the last time I order from them.

Great quality clothes but everything else is awful! Customer service experience, communication, delivery time absolutely just not worth the hassle!

Sort out your comms and be transparent about your delivery time to other countries(Uk). Website states 5-7 working days but items arrive close to months later. I have ordered a few times hoping the experience would improve but it just keeps getting worse! Please don’t even bother if you don’t want to get tied up in endless communication of false promises.

Most pleasant customer service i have ever experienced! I needed an urgent exchange of sizes because I planned to wear this lichi dress for an event. Not only did they respond very fast, they made absolutely sure I got the dress on time despite a very short time frame! Makes a customer feeling truly appreciated. Dress quality 10/10. I just fell in love with clothes Lichi, my acquaintance with the brand began with the Straight-line gold-button tweed jacket, usually I wear size M, but according to the size chart I was more suited to L. I was hesitant about which size to choose - I wrote to the support chat and I got an answer in five minutes. I have chosen L as a result my order has came in about 8-9 days, but web site says that delivery takes from 10 to 14 days. I was pleasantly surprised! The jacket fit me perfectly and I ordered the trousers to go with the jacket. Perfect for the office and for going out. I am satisfied with the quality, but let's see how it behaves in wear. For me, Lichi - the discovery of this year! I'll keep an eye out for new items.

I love it the store, is very clean and classy. The collection I saw it was inspired by “Wednesday”. The other outfits are very elegant as well, a kind of old money style, the fabric is great, the price worth it for sure.

I really loved the dress that I got from Lichi. However, the quality could have been better. Also, had some threads sticked out inside.
In terms of size everything fit almost ideally (I’m 171cm tall and apparently Lichi dresses aim a bit higher girls but it still look very good).
Delivery was accurate and without any problem.
Definitely will recommend my girlfriends :)

Lichi is a beautiful brand with beautiful clothes. I got my order very quickly and tried everything. Some clothes were too small but the rest were perfect. High quality and very classy. I returned some things. The return label etc went very quickly. It took some time and multiple communication with Lichi to get the money back but they were very helpful and made sure that I got it. Happy with this!
