Easy to use website, great products, fast delivery and even threw in a couple of freebies. Always happy with my products from Lickimat. I had a discount code on a previous order that didn't work, before I could query it with customer service they had already emailed me to apologise and rectify it and also added in a free product. Highly recommend this company.

Our very energetic rescue dogs LOVE their Tuff mats - keeps them entertained for aaaages! Especially great to fill with some yog and freeze in summer. That can give them about 30 mins of entertainment. Also the fact that I can pop them in the dishwasher at the end of the day is a game changer!

The quality is really good! And the quickness of getting it sent. We also recieved free gifts with our order which topped the experience! Thank you

I thought that was excellent customer service.
Parcel arrived within a few days, it was packed really well and everything was in the box.
I would happily recommend them.

Our experience with lickimat has been absolutely fantastic, after meeting them at crufts this past weekend with our little Eric and buying the crate mat to get our dogs used to going in their car crate we have been blown away with the customer service we gave received.

My dogs love their Lickimats - its great that they come in different shapes and sizes, we have the traditional style, yoghurt pot, UFO and now the wobbler which I purchased at Crufts to trial, and have just purchased a second so both dogs can have one at the same time as I think they may be my favourite! In the summer I use them in the freezer too for an icecream style treat for them. I've purchased other cheaper versions but they don't last as long, Lickimats are the best quality ones.

Bought LickiMats from Crufts. Ben was very knowledeable and gave great advice and suggestions.
All 4 dogs love the mini square feeder mat and then change it to the soother mat afterwards.
So impressed that I came home, visited the website and ordered the crate Lickimats too!

My cat loves LickiMat! She inhales her food from a normal bowl so LickiMat is great at slowing her down and preventing accidents 🤮!

My dogs love the ufo lickimats! We use them every day. Customer service, if you ever need it, is exceptional too!

I absolutely love the Lickimat products! We have a couple of them that I use for my dog Louie and they are fantastic enrichment toys. It's a great way to keep him stimulated during the day or to give him a nice treat. They are excellent quality and have lasted me a few years (and I'm sure many more to come!). Your pets will thank and love you if you get them a Lickimat toy/product!

We have a Newfoundland called Ziggy who can get quite anxious during fireworks, especially around Bonfire Night. The LickiMat Soother has been brilliant for helping him settle. We spread a bit of peanut butter on it and it keeps him calm and distracted while the noise is going on.

It is simple, well made and really effective. Ziggy loves it and it has made stressful evenings much easier for all of us! Definitely recommend for anyone with an anxious dog.

My golden retriever absolutely loves the entire LickiMat range and so does my husband and I. It keeps her stimulated and engaged so we can enjoy some peace and quiet around meal times (especially if you pop it in the freezer). We will be lifetime customers.

I bought the two cratemates for our lab after seeing the new product on instagram.

It's everything promised and more. We mainly use them when we leave the house as she can get car anxiety but this makes the car rewarding and calms her down loads. Yet to try it at the vets but I have no doubt it'll help.
The best tip we saw was freezing yoghurt onto them. Literally keeps her busy for 30-40 min

Plus it's made from non-toxic material which is why we went with lickimat instead of the cheaper silicone alternatives
