My experience shopping Lidl UK was…

My experience shopping Lidl UK was always good, but the Lidl France customer service is rude and inhospitable especially its Confolens shop manager and staff. Returning a product, the cashier involved some customers, getting them to ridicule me. Contacted Lidl customer service, but they haven't addressed my complaint regarding their staff's behaviour so the ill manners still persists. I now shop elsewhere. A voucher was offered which I've not used because the product was exchanged, I'd prefer they address my complaint and appreciate more that they took me seriously by upgrading their staff customer service training.
