Customer Service Unreachable
I tried to contact Liebherr about a problem with my refrigerator (incovenient -- but of course this can happen). The shop where I bought the refrigerator referred me to Liebherr customer service. It is simply impossible to get a human on the phone who can help me. After about 5 minutes, the phone queue happily announces that I'm next in line. However, I still do not get anyone on the line. After about 20 minutes more, I am transferred to the front desk. The employee there does not listen, and simply want to put me back to the queue again.
I will never buy Liebherr again. The product is nice while it works, but even contacting support with an issue is downright impossible.
