I once tried to order a a beautiful yellow backpack for summer (by Aunts and Uncles the colour called caramel) but received a brown one colour called toffee. On the site there were only two available colours yellow and dark blue. When I wrote to the customer service they changed the pictures showing the choice of colours to brown and blue ones. Then they wrote me that my monitor doesn't show the colours correctly and the colour I ordered and received is "beautiful cognac". Ho-ho-ho! That was unsightly! But still the quality of the leather was top-notch and the delivery was lightning fast. I even received 10 euro discount (I would prefer to receive the right colour though :) )
