Arrived over an hour late. Terrible customer service

The order said it would be delivered in 20-40 minutes. After an hour, still no order. I called the restaurant and they said they hadn't received it. There was no way to cancel the order and no way to reach human customer service.
It finally arrived after 2 hours. I emailed with customer service twice. They said that they don't support cancelling orders and it wasn't sufficiently delayed to issue a refund or credit. Definitely won't use this service again.

Update: following the company's response below, I emailed again and they said once again that they would do nothing. It seems they just wanted to pretend publicly that they care.

I was charged 2 times for same order in…

I was charged 2 times for same order in 2 different days and when I try to call restaurant nobody don t answer also when I try to talk with support in chat ,there is only robot. I wish to have my money back but it seems they are gone and now I am afraid they would use my Card again for orders who I don t own. I tought is safe here but I was wrong.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. They send the order 2-3 hours later, do not issue a refund and make it almost impossible to contact the company.

Absolute terrible service

Absolute terrible App. I have ordered at 18:30, the meal should be delivered at 19:12. Now it is 19:33, and nothing here. The new estimate is 19:50. Ridiculous!!!!! What's even more annoying, is that there is no support or contact info in the app. This a company which doesn't respect customers. Stay away from this company

Disgusting experience - NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

I placed an order, it didn't arrive after waiting for 3 hours. I contacted support to refund me my money and they refused to refund me. I don't know what to say, they literally just steal money at this point without delivering the food. How is this even possible.

Steal your money and don't deliver food

The app was saying the driver stil on the way and the email received sais was delivered waited 1 hour for my delivery which never arrived and the company refuses to give me a refund this is robbery, completely do not use this app they steal your money, customer service is terrible. Don't want to escalate or give a solution absolutely ridiculous

Pathetic service

Pathetic service. They lie on your face. The customer service guys say, “according to our systems it says delivered”. When I share the screenshots of what it actually shows. They have no answers.

Ridiculous waiting times

Very bad service. They said my order will take between 25-45 minutes, but I had to wait 100 minutes. Never again!

My order was cancelled after three hours of waiting. Customer service ignored my request completely and told me to "do what you want"

Not going to be ordering from here anymore.

Disgusting scammers!

They support scammers food poisoners and pervs because they are the same. You will be without food or expired food and stolen money! They erase negative comments ab bad "restaurants ". They never reply, they send pervs in the night to our doors. If you are lucky they reply they will tell they won't help and you should call the restaurant. We order via lieferando but when comes to problems call the restaurant or they just don't reply. Disgusting scammers. Stay away. I got expired food and stolen money. Not the first time. Hilarious liefeando replies here and i am waiting for days a reply. I contacted you 5 days in row. How pathetic your tentatative of looking good here

Customer support needs to be better

Customer support needs to be better.
Most of the time, my food is delivered way more late than the tentative time. In many cases I have to call the restaurant by myself. This platform does nothing other than connecting us with the restaurant. and after ordering everything rests in the God´s hand. So I expect more responsibility from your side once the order is made.
