The best shipping company in Germany. I hope more online businesses use Liefergrün to ship their items to the customers…! Liefergrün actually delivers to the doorsteps. (Meanwhile, other German shipping companies refuse to deliver if you live upstairs… or do not even ring the doorbell… or throw the packages somewhere 20 minutes away from home)

THE WORST EVER!
I have never had an experience this bad in my whole life. It has been more than a week that they do not give me an answer regarding my package. Plus, they do not have a live chat support or a phone number at least! Why do I have to waste my time with e-mails that say the same thing all week long: WE WILL CONTACT THE DRIVER. Is it this hard to contact your staff?! I have lost my package and my money! Who is going to be responsible regarding this? I am not working to be scammed by your thief company for sure.
You should be cancelled. Shame on you.
UPDATE!!!!
They reached us through e-mail telling that after contacting the driver he confirmed that HE DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO US IN PERSON😂 WHAT A JOKE!! At the time they delivered “in person” we were at work in the office!!! We can’t for sure be at two places at the same time. SHAMEEEE!!!

Definitely the worst delivery company…
Definitely the worst delivery company I’ve ever encountered! Zara, HM and HelloFresh orders don’t make it to my address on time or even at all! I’ve already spent too much time calling support teams of these companies and giving them my complaints about Liefergrün. I will have to cancel my HelloFresh subscription because of Liefergrün! I hope these companies will start to work with DPD again, because DPD can make it on time without „cancellations“ or „driver sickness“.
