Sneaky scammer

No response from seller, until I sent an email and a few messages on fb. The seller got back to me to state the item I ordered was backordered. He offered to cancel. I asgreed. Suddenly, I was ghosted. sent many emails later trying to confirm if the item was canceled, no funds were returned two weeks later and still no tracking info. Item simply shows as "confirmed" still. No response from them anymore. After further research online I find that there are so many negative reviews of never mailing the item and the seller holding the funds.
