My experience was a pleasant one from beginning to end. My representatives (Marilyn and Bonnie) were pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered questions, returned phone calls in a timely manner, and served me well.

After Dad took a fall in the back yard, and couldn’t get up, Mom and I decided that life alert would provide peace of mind for our family. We called life alert and were quickly connected with, Matthew Hockfield. Matthew is thorough and asked several questions to be sure life alert was a good fit for our needs. He was light-hearted and entertaining in his approach. It was nice to laugh when setting up a life saving service, as that could have been a heavy emotional task otherwise. We had a very pleasant experience and feel blessed to have Matthew as our agent. He is truly fantastic!

Super friendly lady, TA002. Excellent in giving instructions for the set up. I was not expecting such a well prepared on “How to “ instructions. I have decided to obtain this as i am battling an incurable cancer and at some point in the near future I will be more than likely in need of immediate help and hopefully when that time comes Life Alert will be there.

I spoke to a rep who stated that he has worked for LifeAlert for many years. He was very knowledgeable and gave me and my neighbor, for whom I was calling, the information. After the call, she decided that the cost was too high and so we found a different solution that would better suit her needs. This morning Richard, the agent, called me to follow up. When I told him what she decided, he made an odd comment about our choice (“Sounds like a chintzy deal.”) or something similar and then hangs up on me. No thank you, no good bye. Nothing. I thought that it was rude and very unprofessional of him and certainly made me feel irritated enough to call his supervisor and to post a review. What a disappointment in this company, all because of his treatment of a no-sale. The services and equipment would be appropriate for some people, but we had no need for all of them; we really just needed a pendant that called me and then I would respond and make any 911 calls…and that was his response.

Lance was exceptional with providing details to me and my family when we needed to sign up for Life Alert. He took the time and went over all the details with multiple family members. He gets 25 stars since he was so patient and caring! So far this experience has been super easy and everyone has been great.

Very polite, informative and knowledgeable of the life alert product. Thank you for helping to keep our mother safe at home & while traveling.

My expectations with Life Alert were more than met.
My representative, Jeffrey Pilla, was always polite, explained the program very well, answered all my questions and I never felt rushed in any way.
Five stars for sure.
