It was a very nice and thorough process…

It was a very nice and thorough process which my agent made very enjoyable with his patience in dealing with my questions and sometimes overstated explanations of past experiences. My first experience with Life Alert provide many questions and each was dealt with in a patient and complete manner

I had Donna Dudchock as my Rep. She was WONDERFUL! She explained everything to me, gave me some incidents that had happened to other people (no names). Answered any questions that I had .
Looking forward to being a new client of your company and the peace of mind that I'm not alone.

Every thing was ok

Every thing was ok. Many calls though. Delivery of box was early and I informed them we wouldn’t be there to get it until a certain date and it still came early.
