The billing system has been crazy…
The billing system has been crazy making. Twice I received emails telling me my bill was overdue and my electricity in danger of being shut off. Both times I had not received a bill yet. When I called I found I did not owe them any money. It was an unneeded headache.
The electric service has been good and my bill has been lower. If it wasn't for that I would have changed back.

I think a "return" envelope should be provided for us to send our payment. I have never had a utility provider that did not provide a return envelope for payment.

Poor Payment Processing
No matter how early I send my payment, with arrival prior to the due date, it is not timely processed and I receive a disconnect notice. Quite frustrating.

We have never had issues of any kind.
So far so good
So far so good, but every time I pay, they send me a threatening letter that I did not pay on time and they are going to cut off my power. Even when I know I paid on time....way in advance...like not even near late...I have to check my account through their site to make sure my balance is zero...it is kinda frustrating, but not a deal breaker...

Would be nice to have a weekly email that details ones daily usage from the past week, compared to the week prior to that. Many of your competitors do that and it’s nice. Otherwise, LifeEnergy seems great.

I am thrilled with the rate and detailed usage information LifeEnergy provides.
Don’t recommend it
The power has gone out like three times with only a little bit of rain and thunder then the rate we’re paying is a lot. As soon as this contract ends I’ll be changing to another electric company.
