Ordered a stool but they had run out of stock. They offered me a replace my product which wasn’t to my taste but my money was refunded on the same day. Communication was brilliant as they kept me informed throughout the process and promptly responded to my emails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Where to start! First not even worth one star! Ordered a chair and footstool which stated in the website 7in stock, delivery 3-7 days, took payment then received an email stating delivery would be the end of September, bearing in mind this was the beginning of August! It has taken me 16 emails back and forward and having to threaten them with legal action to obtain my refund! Time and time again they would say they had sent the refund and it would reach me in 3-5 business days, then send another email offering a discount and a totally different chair! Eventually got me refund after 5 week! Note to all stay well clear of the company unless you are prepared for bad service and don’t want your furniture this side of Christmas!!
Worth the wait!!
I seen the website and it had good reviews so I went ahead and ordered a stool. However, when I looked at the reviews on trustpilot I was concerned it may not come. I emailed the company and they got back straight away and reassured me that it will be with me soon. The only downside was it took a while for my order to arrive. However, the stool arrived in perfect condition and it looks exactly like the one on the website, so it was overall worth the wait. They also emailed me again to ask me if I have received my order. It’s definitely not a scam, and I’m glad I went ahead and bought the stool because it looks amazing in my room!

I bought a leather chair with massage and recliner fitted and it arrived in excellent condition. Chair is top quality.... Well worth what I paid for it. I could not be more happy all my family and friends have commented on how luxurious it looks. I would have to agree with them ...well done and thank you.

My item was held up due to COVID-19 and I had great communication to keep me updated with rapid responses whenever I emailed. In recognition the company were fair and (without being asked) offered to provide a goodwill gesture too.

Ordered sofa was told it was not in stock, kept chasing no communication, eventually demanded refund, they offered £15 cash back on delivery if i kept my order, I absolutely refused, no further communication from them.. thankfully ordered through paypal, so i have been awarded a full refund through them.. otherwise would probably still be waiting for a full refund...

I was excited about ordering a grey linen highbacked button armchair and footstool from Lifelook's professional looking website, it was a good price and looked stylish. I was surprised when the order was going though my account as Popal Technology HK which immediately flagged up concerns and made me look here, finding several damming reviews. After a worrying for a few days thinking I'd possibly been scammed, I have received my gorgeous chair today (just 4 days after placing order). It's a lovely design, strong, comfortable and I just had to screw on the legs which all fitted perfectly. I'm really pleased with it.
Obviously you never know what you're getting ordering online, clearly some customers have received a bad experience with their orders, but I'm very happy with the service and product received.
Lovely charcoal armchair
I ordered a lovely charcoal armchair that came with a footstool & matching cushion. Its always a risk ordering furniture online as you never know if you're going to get what you expected.. will the colour be the shade I want? Will it be comfortable? Etc.. but when my order arrived it was exactly what I wanted. The colour is perfect, fitting in with my living room very well, it's very comfortable & so easy to put together.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a leather armchair from here but then found out my wife had already ordered one elsewhere that was on its way. I contacted the company straight away and they came back pretty much immediately and refunded me. That’s excellent customer service I think. It was a really great looking chair and The nicest one I’d seen. So if I ever do have the space for it, I’ll definitely be ordering it from here.

Ordered 2 armchairs, one box arrived damaged with parts missing. They have agreed to replace the damaged chair FOC and have said I can keep the other one for spares etc, so I am happy.
Chairs are good quality and the goods arrived quickly, less than a week after ordering them
Excellent Service
I ordered a chair but within days of ordering I was notified I had been made redundant. I immediately contacted Lifelook by email to advise of this and asked regarding the possibility of cancelling my order. I had a response early the following day offering commiserations, advised they will cancel the order and refund should be with me within 5 days. They advised when the refund had been actioned and 2 days later saw it in my account. I can’t thank Lifelook enough for their understanding and quick response. I won’t hesitate to purchase again once I’m in a position to do so.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.
I bought a chair and footstool. They didn't arrive as promised so cancelled purchase. I'm now being given the runaround regarding my refund despite cancelling prior to shipping. Initially refund denied & they have now stated they will deduct an amount of £35 to cover cancellation of shipping. They claim to have sent it & gave tracking details which show it is still waiting to be collected by the courier and is not in transit as claimed.
This is a seller who in my honest opinion cannot be trusted and should be avoided at all costs.
Payment is taken by Popal Techonoly (that is how it is spelt! ) - a Hong Kong registered company.
Customer service!?! (if it can be called that) is obviously based in China as emails are in very poor English and are sent in China time zone & not UK.
Finally, by persevering and not accepting their nonsense I have eventually received a full refund despite their best efforts to avoid it.
Be warned.
