I had a great experience! I also had a great concierge who was very patient with me!

LifeRich Publishing got the job done on time. I was pleased with an awesome cover for my book! The art work on the front was what I wanted, and a nice author review on the back cover. The book size was perfect for my subject. The layout was user friendly and easy to read.
The position on Amazon should be helpful for sales and Liferich will also benefit from sales.
There were a couple of typos in the final copy so be sure to really scan the final copy!

Please change my market person. He ask me where am l getting my money from to market my book. Not appropriate. Will not work with him Mr.kale. Thank you Nettie Boo. Judy Brown. Will go forward early December.but not him think you.

So far, I'd have to give LifeRich only 2 stars. They seem to be mostly about wanting money from me. These people don't seem to be all in the same building--and things have to be done over and over. Also, they go by Chicago Style--I'm strictly a Strunk & White person. They like the computer appearance of a book--only one space after a period, as opposed to the typeset look. My book still isn't finished, so this isn't my final comment. Also, I thought their pricing of my books was extremely high. On a positive note, if I edit and edit their proofs, they do look pretty. But their editors miss a lot. The ball is strictly in my camp to make sure things are correct. I don't think I'd recommend them.

No issues. Great speed in production. Got my book my way. Can't complain.

My experience with LifeRich was very positive. This was my first self-publishing experience and I found their representatives very helpful in guiding me through the process. Things happened when they said they would and the whole process was remarkable quick. There were two things in the process that I felt could be improved: First, it would have been helpful if the ebook formatting and release was ready when the print book became available and second, I thought the supplemental added marketing packages were too pricey for my needs. Perhaps a little more could have been included in the base package. Overall, I was quite pleased.

I was not satisfied with the job my so called editor did. My book was published with several mistakes that were not in my original manuscript. When I asked her if she bothered to read it, she told me no.

They held my hand through the entire process. As a first time author, I felt I had great help starting with the customer assistance associate who answered all my questions in the beginning. I liked the checklist they sent me once we were underway with production. It gave me time frames and what was next. The books came out looking very professional, and I couldn't be more pleased. I am writing a second book now, and will definitely recommend them to other authors as well as hire them for my next printing.

Other than a few items that were confusing about the contract my experience was just wonderful and a finished product has gotten rave reviews

LifeRich Publishing is one of the best,if not the best, self-publishing companies in this world. They put together a beautiful children's book of mine, and I just couldn't believe the beauty of the book when I got it in my hands. This is a damn good publishing company with a damn good professional staff who knows how to get the job done the way you,the author, wants it done. I'm glad I chose Life Rich Publishing as all the representatives I was assigned from the initial on-board contact person, to the first submissions agent, up to the production coordinator then marketing representative, it's been a class act from the get-go! I love the finished product my book, "What, You Want Me To Fly?" (subtitle: A Super Chicken Learns To Fly!) This is not a fly-by-night organization.(No pun intended)! It is a legitimate publishing company in the true sense of the word. My non-fiction manuscript was handled with professionalism and true expertise. They care about the author and work one-on-one with you up the chain of development. You are always encouraged to call or email for any or all concerns you may have during the entire process. They are a first-class organization. It would be very difficult to discover many publishing companies on their level of expertise and personal involvement. I am very glad that I chose LifeRich Publishing to help me edit, publish and market my book. As a first time author I entered this effort with absolutely no experience. I could not have completed the book without LifeRich, and they are now helping to market the book. From start to finish, working with LifeRich has been wonderful.

My concierge was hardly ever available when I called and needed to talk to her...had to leave a message. She invariably returned the call and was always most pleasant but the delays in communication were frustrating.

I have to applaud your persistence but we are still on the journey and will have are ups and downs, let's hope the ups out weigh the downs.

You never corrected any of the misspelled words and the words the were two as one . Also put my pen name on my book . And to change anything to the book you say I have to pay more money . I really don’t like what you did to my book . Or me .

I got everything promised-plus. Along every step of the way I had excellent consultants guiding me along through each step. If there was a consultant I could not identify with, they happily assigned someone that I could identify with.
