I placed an order on August 22nd and they withdrew the money from my account online. They did not ship the product because of the tariff imposed on August 29th. On September 11th they telephoned my bank 2 more times for payment and withdrawed 2 more times. A total of 3 times for one order. I have been working with a man, Maria and Annie for my refund to no avail. I just get promises but nothing actually happens. I will say that they mailed the product on September 16th and I received it on October 1st. Bad customer service and bad company.

Second time Rx renewal went wrong. Because of the problems reordering last year, I made sure to have my doctor send the Rx before I placed my reorder this time. Once confirmed I called and placed my order. I asked the person to confirm that the new Rx was received because of the problem with the reorder. They said that it was received and completed the transaction. A week later I received an email that said my Rx was expired. I emailed back to tell them that my new Rx was confirmed when the order was placed. I called back and was told that the Rx expired, again. I sent the confirmation from my doctor. I was then told there was a problem with Canada Post. Back and forth. Two weeks to get the order done with no explanation for the mixup.

I’ve been with LifeRx for about 6 months and just recently they changed pharmacies and who makes the medication. I took tirzepatide with vitamin B compound (the red liquid shot) and had wonderful results. No side effects and my appetite drop significantly. Also, shipping was fast and customer service was incredible. LifeRX change pharmacies it says (Boothway pharmacy on the bottle) who makes their medication. But if you ask them who makes the medication over the phone they say ProRX. That seems deceiving and fishy. ..and it’s gone downhill since I used the new product immediately. First off no one told me they were sending me a different brand and this one no longer had the vitamin B shot in it. The bottle has an expiration date on it, but they stick a sticker over it claiming that it has another year life longevity. It just feels fishy to me. I get really dizzy on this new one and it doesn’t work as well. I feel it fades much quicker & my cravings come back. Customer service kind of runs you in circles but shipping was always fast. The first pharmacy had me taking 95 mg -when they changed to a different company I was only supposed to take 75 yet No one called to tell me they put in a tiny note in my bag with this important info. Thankfully, I found it if not, could’ve been quite dangerous. I don’t think the new company has as legit product. So I canceled my membership and I’m going elsewhere. Don’t waist your time as long as they get their medication from this company. It’s not worth your money

I send the prescripción when I placed the order and 1 month after becuase I called You told me that You never received the prescription and I never received the medication and risk My health

Prompt resolution of a payment processing problem by CSR Scarlett. The assistance was appreciated. They have helped before with other questions. I am pleased with LifeRx’s customer service and am a longtime customer.

I always have a great experience with this company. My last order, I accidentally sent my payment to @phg_ruchireeka instead of @ProgressiveHealthGroup, and they still worked my order and made it happen. Thanks again Scarlet for being so helpful.

In the past LifeRx Pharmacy has been great. Relatively fast shipping and great cost. But, with the last order the shipment has been held up and I have been waiting weeks for my prescription. I understand there are issues with new international shipments coming into the United States, but it would be helpful if LifeRX Pharmacy sent emails weekly with updates.
