Do not book these events. Manchester April 2026 cancelled with not even an hour's notice.
Expense of taxis, hotels no consideration for the expense people went to. No notice even at the venue. Waste of time.
Compensation should be a full refund including booking fees not just ticket price. Total scam beware.

Went to the Reigate event last night very disappointing as it was jampacked no room to dance tiny stage and the band need to look at their sound system as the balance was horrendous and all you could hear was the drums and not the singer ….we left after a few songs as did a few others 🙁

False advertisement from the start DO NOT BOOK ANY OF THESE EVENTS. they are using big names and faces to advertise there show then canceling it all on the day and just providing a dj playing youtube mixes. No refund, no remorse just rip people off, steal there money everyone that day was incredibly cross and angry ridiculous and pathetic the whole thing.

Seems like there's a very deliberate scam going on here. I see I'm not alone. Sell tickets for an alleged show. Don't say it's cancelled. Even at the door! Then refuse to refund or ignore. Seems very illegal. I will be escalating this if I don't get a refund ASAP.

This event was completely mis-sold. It was a DJ and not a band as advertised and the music being played was mainly pop songs not country. Complete and utter waste of money, would not recommend if you like country music!

Tried to get a refund and it's been denied and have tried to contact them directly to just be ignored.

Completely mis-sold experience. Tickets had urgency marketing ‘Early Bird Tickets’ with 20% off, will ‘sell out soon’. The event was marketed as a live band. I have screenshots of this.

Upon arriving the event was just a DJ, with no acknowledgement of this change. This is a significantly different experience and not what we paid for. We received 0 communication about a change (have thoroughly checked email, spam/junk, SMS).

Multiple contacts for a refund has been ignored, no response whatsoever. High volume of events in short period of time, in my opinion, something doesn’t seem right about this promoter.

Absolutely unreal show in Liverpool. So much fun, loved the whole event. 100% would go again and again 🫶
