Buyer BEWARE
Buyer BEWARE. I purchased a hot tub from these people and they were misleading on who the manufacturer was. They didn't send me pre-delivery instructions stating the type of wiring needed which cost me an addition $1,000. in electrician fees. They also didn't alert the manufacturer with data on my purchase.

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the new OEM Lifesmart Weathershield cover. This is different from the vinyl cover, and the mfg changed all new spas and all new replacement covers to the Weathershield poly cover over a year ago.
This cover is lighter, more durable, and better insulated than the previous vinyl covers. Since the vinyl feels heavier, it feels more significant; however, this is the cover many mfgs are moving toward and is growing daily in the market.

Our replacement hot tub cover was manufactured and delivered on time and in perfect condition. We also needed an additional panel sent to us; the company sent us a replacement with no problems. A pleasure to do business with.

I purchased a Lifesmart Bermuda LS100DX, Sand back in fall of 2023, before I made the purchase, I ask chat what is the lowest temp this tub will be okay with and they said 20 degrees. Well this tub did extremely well during the polar vortex when temps were below zero. I had a blow up hot tub and I would not have been able to keep it outside in that cold weather. My electric bill was extremely high from a blow up hot tub, plus the water temp drops a lot in a blow up tub. I have had this Lifesmart tub for 5 months now, my electric is extremely low compared to the blow up tub I had before this one. I purchased the Lifesmart plug and play because no room in the electric panel for 220v but I did run a dedicated circuit outside for it, 120v. Purchase this hot tub, it is insulated! you will make up the money in monthly electric bills.
