No delivery, no response from company.
Made an order 12 weeks ago and delivery was expected after 5 weeks. Have contacted them many times by email as no product received and requested they inform what action they were taking to remedy the non delivery. After an initial response blaming the post office but taking no action themselves I keep asking for information but I get no response from them at all and so expect they have taken my money and probably will not fulfil the order.
They sent this receipt for my money on 11th February and I am still waiting for the product on 8th May!!!
