I want my money back! They must've known they were in trouble. I ordered in May 2025, and advised of delays month after month. Advised it's coming. I didn't cancel as I wanted the item and didn't know anyone else selling them. They were in contact which made me feel it was a genuine delay in shipping. However, now nothing. Disappeared. I'm late to hear that they're in Liquidation. I want my money back.

We ordered early Jan 2026, chased up early Feb as we hadn’t heard anything and were advised company was in liquidation and not likely to get our money back. We have submitted a dispute with the bank.. see what happens.

Crooks- ordered in October, chased multiple times and advised of delays. Finally advised they’ve gone into liquidation and that I might be able to get my order. Lies. Asked for a refund immediately, no reply. Our laws need changing- I did not want to donate to repaying their debts!

I feel for everyone who has been ripped of by this company. I'm sure at one stage (based on the positive reviews) this was a good company that has gone downhill for whatever reason. I paid over $600 in mid-December to find out this week they were in liquidation. Reach out to your bank and see if they can assist. I just got confirmation from my bank that I am getting my money back in full but I think you really have to jump up and down to get it. I wouldn't even waste my time reaching out to the company - they will just ghost you.

Order placed in October, promises of it being “manufactured” and that it will be “delivered soon” company now in administration. Attempted to get a refund with no comment or reply.

Parent company is Nelson International PTY LTD, search revealed their previous company went into administration also, Nelson river international pty Ltd.

Seems like a trend for these people.

DO NOT USE. This company has gone into liquidation as of 29 Jan 2026. Placed an order with them for supply and install. Didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. Sent an email chasing up and received an email saying the are going into liquidation. Very unlikely my order will be fulfilled and have been swindled $1200 from these crooks!

I placed my order with lifestyle clotheslines for a retractable clothesline "I spoke to a lady in sales over the phone" on the 19th of December. A $400 payment was made. I have emailed the company numerous times with a copy of my invoice/ receipt.
Still with no updates as to when I'll receive my refund no clothesline & im $400 out of pocket. After all the emails ive sent asking whats going on & asking for a refund?? They emailed back saying that they've gone into liquidation & will give me an update as soon as they can. That was well over a week ago & I still haven't received a response or a refund I'm so annoyed

OMG.... I ordered my 2 x clotheslines since Sep 25 and was told the production was delayed due to overwhelming orders. I was glad i received responses when checking in the status of the orders until last week - they hv gone silent. I had a suspicion something was wrong and lo & behold - i found out they are in liquidation here! arrrgh

The company has gone into liquidation. PayPal refund failed. Communication has stalled. I ordered my clothesline in December, was told delivery would be delayed due to Xmas break, then advised the company had gone into liquidation. A promised refund never materialised.

I ordered a clothes line in November 2025 and have after a few moments of research found out that the company has gone into receivership. I am very disappointed that I have had no correspondence regarding this. The most recent reviewer on Trustpilot mentioned that she had received a full refund. How did you go about receiving this? Thanks.

This company has gone into liquidation. Paid and ordered in October, emailed in Jan for update and was sent an email advising business has been liquidated. Update: owner issued me with a refund.

Matt was here on time completed the clothes line in half hour. Excellent service. Would recommend this service

Bought the topline 150 clothesline for our house and one of the hanging rail comes loose. Made a call to the admin team, was answered promptly and within 48 hours, someone came to fix it. No fuzz. What a great experience. Highly recommend.

Order process was easy, but then the one I ordered wasn't going to be ready for 20 business days. Helpful customer service offered up options but none suited my needs. At 20 days, it was delayed another 6-10 days. At 10 days, another delay of 7-10 days at which point I just asked for my money back (with no objection), however I would have appreciated that offer much much earlier in the process.

Great product!!. We are able to dry large amounts of washing over winter and wet weather which reduces costs of heating and running a dryer. Delivered promptly.
