We bought our wardrobe a few months ago and we are very happy with it. The delivery was great and the assembly was also smooth. The wood could be a bit thicker and the drawers could slide more smoothly, but overall it’s a nice product.

Quality furniture and stylish. Delivery time outstanding. Will use this company again.

The TV cabinet is generally decent, but one of the drawers does not sit flush, which detracts from the overall look. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship and quality control.

Beautiful well made furniture. I had some problems so cancelled my order but as the problem resolved the person I dealt with was so understanding and quickly reissued my order. The delivery people were amazing placing the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use them again.

The tables are beautiful, both in the quality of the wood and in size. They were packed substantially and very easy to assemble.

Not the same quality as my furniture what I bought in the front room which looks exactly the same and all the handles are wonky not drilled correctly.

They rang me the next day after I had problems ordering online. The service was first class and the delivery was very smooth. The chest was well packaged and easy to unpack. The chest is very solid and has a nice look. Overall I am very pleased with their service and very pleased with their product.

Customer services were very helpful when I had problems with the website.

The furniture we received was undamaged and as described. However, it took a long time to be delivered, partly due to problems with the courier (unreliable van). Also, two of the knobs' fixings were slightly faulty meaning they remain a bit loose. Also, disappointed that the furniture had not been waxed - I had to do this myself. Plus there were no instructions on the mechanism for stopping the drawers coming out - I had to discover this myself.

I think it’s important that potential buyers are made aware of the facts as they are. You have stated below:

Regarding the term “not fit for purpose”, under UK consumer law this applies where an item is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be used for its intended function

Your blanket box certainly ‘does not’ match the description/picture advertised on your website hence it was not fit for purpose.

If I had changed my mind I could understand your terms and conditions. I did not change my mind. The item was not sold as seen or described on your website and you have taken £78 of my money! Appallingly underhand behaviour.

Beautiful Quality Furniture!
Purchased the chunky pine wardrobe and chests of drawers, actually got 2 sets of both. Cant fault the quality it’s made from solid pine and looks great.
The delivery was fast and smooth, the driver rang me 30 min before and kept me updated.
Thinking of adding more pieces.
