Gift card takes a day or two to process

Spent £20 to order Nando’s gift card. It never arrived this evening due to a random security checks and was on hold.

So ended up at Nando’s as we were already there about to pay and couldn’t use the gift card as they wouldn’t release it.

Useless. You order gift card to use there and then or within an hour but these idiots never released the card which I already had paid for!!

So couldn’t use it. And now I can’t even get a refund!! Never again. Don’t buy these cards! Scam!!!

First time receiving this gift card

First time receiving this gift card, what a mess on!. Having to go on their website to make an account then to get an e gift card sent to you for your nominated place to spend it. Why can't it just be like others where you take the card to the shop and gave it scanned?. Don't want any more of these!!.

Voucher impossible to redeem – no real support, only copy-paste replies



My 73-year-old mother received a Lifestyle Gift Cards “Ultimate” voucher as a Christmas gift, and since Christmas we have been trying to redeem it without success.

Every time we enter the voucher details correctly, the system shows the error: “This voucher cannot be found. Please try carefully re-entering all your voucher details.” The voucher is clearly valid, unused, and entered correctly.

I have already contacted their support three separate times by email. Each time, they reply with the same generic copy-paste message telling me to follow the exact same steps again, which I have already done multiple times. They do not investigate the issue, they do not provide any real solution, and they do not take responsibility.

It feels like they are not reading the messages at all, just sending automated responses. The problem remains unresolved after months.

This is extremely disappointing, especially because this was a Christmas gift for an elderly person who simply wants to use her voucher legitimately.

At this point, I feel completely ignored and unsupported. A company should provide real customer service, not scripted replies that solve nothing.

I cannot recommend Lifestyle Gift Cards based on this experience.

Very unhelpful.

I contacted the company when the gift voucher had said there was no money on it. It was a gift from a family member. Customer service was appalling. Don't bother with them. It's a faff to get in touch and they won't help.

This is the second voucher I was given…

This is the second voucher I was given and I couldn’t find out how to use it so I phoned them.The woman I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer and talked me through the process right to checkout with what I was purchasing.I can’t praise her enough she had the patience of a saint

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, given that my card was for food e vouchers the almost nazi like dictatorship they place on you just to open an account is mind blowing.

Can honestly say, if it wasnt that my kids were excited for me to use it, I would have 100% put the voucher in the bin rather than waste my time.

Difficult at every stage.

Difficult to register. Difficult to use. And now I am being told that a £50 voucher has not expired, but is in an account that they have closed.
