Good training company
It was paid for by my company but Lifetime Training were great, they had all the information I needed, if I wanted to dig deeper the tutor was able to guide me in the right direction.

Terrible
Went through 4 different coaches in my time with lifetime training. Only 1 of those coaches was supportive and I only had for a short space of time. No communication lack of support. I had a terrible experience with lifetime

The communication from this company is…
The communication from this company is incredibly poor and contradictory. Told that I wouldn't have to do the basic English and Maths by one member of staff that told by another I would.
The coach is far from a coach and just a poor communicating admin. The explanation of OJT training was poor and we only got a proper example from the government funding information.
We are so incredibly busy at work and can't afford to waste time. Will need another coach or will have to with all together

Akhtar is a superstar!!!!!
Akhtar is a superstar!!!!!! He is one of the best tutors I've ever had on an apprenticeship, no question is too much hassle!
It's been a journey and one that I now look back on and thoroughly appreciate doing it. The skills and knowledge that have been learnt have really helped me shape and finesse my professional outlook on my role. But also has pushed my confidence higher then ever and I'm truly grateful.

Would do it again
A hands on approach to education no matter how long you've been out of school. The Trainer is with you through everything with the skills and knowledge to help you excel.

Michala was an excellent coach and really helped me to develop and understand more about my course. She was patient and engaging and I would highly recommend the apprenticeship based on the guidance she provided me. I achieved a distinction which I don’t believe would have been possible without the coaching I received.

Amazing experience
I am so thankful I got give this opportunity to do this apprenticeship.
It's been a tough ride but it's definitely been all worth it, I have enjoyed myself and after having some difficulties with my first coach, I was then assigned a new coach and she has been amazing. I can't fault this experience but I can't wait to finish and get this done.
