Possible Green UK Reviews 

One star only because I couldn’t do zero. I ordered the beet root supplement in mid April and still have not received it. It was shipped, not from the USA or even from the UK, but from CHINA. The tracking says it has gone through customs in Los Angeles but is not moving.

I don’t knowingly order things from china, especially something I’m going to put into my body. I don’t trust most foreign made food stuffs.

Don’t believe their shipping facts! Or anything else in their FAQ page, it’s probably ALL lies.

I ordered my first order from the UK on the 25 th July 2025, (#3840),my money was taken from my bank account, but I never received the goods or the email to say it had been despatched. I emailed, I tried tel. number, always engaged, I am left very angry and disappointed.

Ordered tea from this merchant and a month and a half later still not received. Contacted merchant multiple times and no response

I ordered tea for my daughter who is going through chemo treatment. Money withdrawn immediately. 10 days later still no tea and no reply from emails

resisted giving 1 star as they had been great up until June this year (2025) then stopped all correspondence, took money & never sent anything out. Won't be using again unless I hear back.

Never received order. No refund. Contacted by email twice, no response. Chat isn't a real number. Phone number isn't real. Basically a scam company

I too got coned. I bombarded them with emails insisting they return my money immediately. I received an email after about 10 requests for my money. I’m gutted though as all the teas I ordered were for specific aliments. Is there another company out there selling the same teas? I ordered from here about 4 years ago and quite regularly with no problem. Fingers crossed in the hope someone can recommend an alternative company .

NO STAR! had to give one because there is no option to select none! Ordered a variety of tea from them nearly a month ago. Payment is taken straight away. Since then nothing received. No updates No response to emails and phone calls. I wish I had read these reviews before I made my order. Treatment to customers absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

i ordered some beetroot tea on the 15/11/2024 sent lots of email and still not got the item?

Ordered over a month ago, never received and do not reply to emails. Scam company that take your money and do not send goods out. Disgusting, wish I'd searched for reviews first.

A shame no stars isn't an option - I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Purchased 3 teas - 2 of the ones I have received are the wrong product, no response to any emails or messages so clearly a big lack of customer service

I wish I read these reviews before buying from them bought it over 2 weeks ago but tea hasn't been dispatched and they are not responding to emails, SCAM company.

I ordered 3 packs of tea but they only sent 2 packs. I emailed them but no respond. Absolutely terrible customer service, I would not recommend this company.

Quick to take the money but not so fast to respond to mails for an update or deliver the product. No follow up at all since confirmation of purchase 3 weeks ago..

Order hasn't been dispatched or delivered it's been over 7 days since ordering and when i try to get in contact theres no reply or updates

Edit: Dont order from them!!, they sent the wrong teas but in the same package, the ceylon white tea is actually black tea, smells horrible and nothing like white tea, dark brown black colour, description says the colour of the tea is mellow pink, horrible and cheap quality, complete waste of time and money, want a refund!!
