They take your money but don’t deliver your products, glad I was able to do a chargeback. They don’t communicate either, go somewhere else

I recently purchased a laundry basket that the rods collapsed. They refuse to sell me replacement parts stating didn’t get from Amazon. Should it really matter where I got it. Many people purchase second hand items and go on the companies website and buy replacement. So they want me to throw the item way. Poor business practice.

i just order a product at 32.99€ / product was send by amazon but suddenly the delivery have an error . they refund me and say if i still want the product i have to re order one . i click and order and i discover that the price was now 39.99€ / PURE SCAM in my opinion .

i don't like this kind of things when they take me for an idiot .

I have bought 2 very high quality items from this company on Amazon. I received a casserole holder to transport casseroles to parties and a cooler bag. They are very high quality items and use excellent materials. This company has great customer service if you have any issues with your bag. I had to ask about the material used and they responded right away. Highly recommend this company and their many excellent products on Amazon.

The laundry bag that I purchased from them is perfect as it is compact yet with enough capacity for one or more sets of laundry. It is foldable and comes with handy holders. The durability of it can b noticed from its material. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Luncia collapsible cooler. This is the coolest cooler. I used my cooler for some cold dishes I made for Thanksgiving. Kept everything nice and cold. It's very thick and good quality. I like how it folds down for easy storage. Looks small but has a lot of space.

I needed a good looking laudry basket as mine were all previously pop up ones. This one was gray. Made from thicky quality cotton facric and best thing doesnt fall over ..it has two carrying handles too.

I got this product recently to make sure the food is hot when we travel during this cold weather. This is very useful to store food for longer time. I would recommend this product.

I ordered a casserole carrier and it arrived quickly. It holds two casserole dishes and keeps the food warm while I transport the food from my house to my parents house 40 mins away. Great customer service and great product.
