Pros:
- Customer service! I saw a mat I loved more than the one I ordered, which was around the same price. I emailed to ask if I could change my order. It was done very quickly and efficiently.

If there are any issues, they respond very quickly!

- Mat designs! I ordered the rainbow one, and it is absolutely beautiful.

- The grip! It's the reason I've invested so much money in a mat. I was sick of slipping in nearly every class.

Cons

- Price! As mentioned everywhere, it is costly.

- For black people: We moisturise our skin from top to toe and our hair regularly. Not moisturising our hair damages it, but getting it near the mat will stain it.

I would suggest contacting them about colours and cleaning advice before ordering. They were incredibly helpful to me in fixing the issue I was having, though.

I have practiced yoga on and off on my own for the better part of the last ten years, beginning on YouTube and making way to studio practice here and there with my chosen discount mat of choice (often found at Target, Marshall's or even Five Below) and struggled constantly with slipping since I am THE SWEATIEST person I know (all the way to my palms and soles!). I realized that this was affecting my practice - my security in certain positions, my posture, I was adjusting TOO much to make sure I didn't slip. After tons of research and reading, I found Liforme and waited until one of their many sales to purchase a mat for the first time. I have been using it now for half a year and not only has it held up beautifully - it holds ME up beautifully. I don't have to worry about slipping - I don't move an inch even when I am dripping sweat! I just bought a second mat and am excited to continue to learn and grow. The only thing I would say is the free bag that comes with the mat is a little difficult to use and not well-designed - I bought a large zip-tote style yoga mat bag instead, but overall, I would buy again and again!

I'm loving my mat. My only regret is that I didn't buy a prettier one. It's perfect for the hot yoga studio and at my home.

I love the liforme yoga mats, for the design, quality, colors, the lines that helps you better aline your postures. The attention they gove you online. At the moment i think they are doing a great Job!! 🙏🏽🫶🏽✨🧘🏽‍♀️

Worth the investment, great grip and no slippage when practicing.

Received my new Liforme pink rainbow yoga mat of dreams for my birthday. The grip is amazing, no matter how sweaty you are! The pink rainbow mat is absolutely gorgeous and I’m totally in love! If you’re thinking about treating yourself and you practice frequently then, although a bit spendy, it’s totally worth it. I love mine and can already, by the quality of it, know that it’ll last me for years to come. The only real tough decision to make is which colour mat you’ll choose! 🩷🌈

The grip on my Liforme mat is just brilliant! And I love the combination gold and white to me, the white magic mat is really my type of dream yoga mat.. I am so happy everytime I step into my mat. Thank you so much Liforme :)

Beautiful colour and design. The yoga mat has enhanced my practice!

We’ve been practising yoga for a number of years and have been through several different mat types. The quality and performance of the mat really makes a difference to the practice. The things we particularly like are:

1. The grip - amazingly grippy surface, even when wet from sweat. Grippy bottom that doesn’t slide around the floor.
2. The markings - really useful to guide alignment quickly during practice
3. Thickness - super comfortable, with a great balance of firmness and comfort.

Liforme and by far and away the best yoga mats we’ve used and we wouldn’t shop anywhere else anymore. We’ve got one that we use at home and each have a travel mat. They seem expensive until you use one and realise they completely worth investment, helping to take your yoga practice to the next level. Recommended.

Helpful and friendly interactions with high quality products

I purchased my first Liforme mat after my instructor sang its praises and raved about the company. I’m still relatively new to yoga but the sweat towel over a gym issued mat wasn’t cutting it for heated flow. I purchased my mat and due to a minor issue I reached out to customer service. They immediately made it right and provided me with the best customer service I have experienced in many years. I was so impressed. Sadly you just don’t see that much these days. I will use Liforme until the day I can no longer do yoga. Great product and amazing company. I recommend to everyone I attend class with.

I decided to buy a Liforme mat after trying my yoga teacher’s mat and could not be happier with my purchase. This mat is so comfortable to practice on, works perfectly for hot yoga (very grippy!) and the design is absolutely beautiful which is a nice bonus. Bought my husband one as well (took advantage of the buy one, get one 50% off offer they had over the winter holidays) and he loves it.

I’ve recently changed to a Liforme mat, after seeing a few in various classes, so glad I changed, great mat, very grippy and the alignment lines really do help with a variety of poses.

Bought the Liforme Mindful Garden Yoga Mat in Olive for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It feels really solid, I’ve not tried it myself but my wife is super pleased with it and the envy of the class ( not very yoga that bit!😄) the carry bag is robust and the colours are really lovely. Purchasing was easy, delivery was prompt. A win all round.

The team at Liforme were really kind and attentive.

There were some delivery issues that were nothing to do with Liforme and they were onto it straight away with a solution.

I now have my new Liforme mat and it's lush. I have been practicing for the last seven years and this mat is my treat to myself to take my practice to the next level.

Ive always used cheap mats in the past, so I did a little research and decided that Liforme was the mat I would buy. I am blown away by the difference! I absolutely love this mat! I don’t slip or slide at all, even while doing super sweaty hot yoga. I love the alignment marks and use them to make sure I use proper form. It’s just such a great mat. I am so happy with my purchase.

The yoga mat I purchased is what I was looking for: beautiful design, strong grip, useful aligment system.
I also love the attention to environment in the choice of materials.

I have purchased a Liforme mat in the past and loved it so much I wore it down over the years. It was a no brainer to get my next mat from them. The grip on the floor is perfect, I never worry about my mat sliding, and it’s just sticky enough for my feet to feel secure without feeling restricted. I appreciate the carry case that comes with, it keeps my mat nicer for longer. Would highly recommend a Liforme mat!
