I have just watched an ad

I have just watched an ad for liftassist.tv showing a product for moving furniture if you are on your own. It looks quite good but the ad only showed hard flooring. I wondered how it faired on carpet so thought I would read some of the 160,000 + reviews they said were on Trustpilot to see if anyone had tried them on carpet. Unfortunately, I could only find this site Liftassist.uk as unclaimed. I couldn't find the advertised reviews. Anyone bought them for carpet?
