NO customer service

[UPDATE] The squeaky wheel gets the oil! After a not too kind email sent to their support team, I just received an email stating that the correct smart LEDS have been shipped to me at no charge! I am also allowed to keep the old ones!

This is great news because I was having trouble getting the adaptors so my son-in-law is going to be he recipient of two very nice smart LEDs.

NOW THAT'S BRILLIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchased the Bayonet fitted smart LEDs and received the screw type. Sent email to their support email. Five days after automatic reply, still no reply. Australian distributor has no phone number. Waste of money. Their customer support is NON EXISTENT. Stay away from their products.

Found a mobile number for the supposed distributor in Melbourne Australia. Young lady that answered has left the company about 6 months ago.
