Great information provided after purchase until delivery without excessive update emails or hustling more purchases! Great company!!

Took a little longer than expected, but no biggie

The first package I received from you was left in the middle of our driveway and I was not notified. My wife was rushing to an appointment and reversed her car over the package and crushed every lamp to fragments. Most delivery services leave packages at the edge of the driveway out of harm's way. The second package I ordered from you survived.

The package was shipped quickly and the packaging was quite adequate to keep the bulbs safe, thank you!

The lightbulbs arrived properly packaged and matched the old ones and worked.

What is nice about lightbulbs.com is that I could order 3 bulbs versus an entire box. I was able to find the info I needed in their descriptions so I could get the right thing. They were delivered with nice packaging and in a timely manner. So far, the product is doing it's job well.

Lightbulbs.com has been a great company to work with. They have been responsive to my questions and offered solutions. What has surprised me is that this company has great Christmas decorations!

My order was over a month late, due to out of stock.

However, they kept me updated, which helped a lot.

Perfect response

I had been a customer of LightBulbs.com many years ago, obtaining lighting for our association. But this time, my reason for contacting you is for the Gerson Everlasting String Lights that I had not been able to obtain for over a year for some reason. They are essential to one of my hobbies and are THE ONLY string lights that have 2 inches in between the tiny lights. All others have 4 inches, which makes it difficult to wind the wire. The Gerson Lights makes all the difference in lighting for the hobby I have (I remake decorative lanterns). So I am very grateful to know this particular item is available from you.
