Received damaged lights without further response
We ordered 4 Ago garden lights from Lombardo that were unfortunately delivered damaged. We have forwarded the photos of the damaged lamps to LiD. They helped us a lot in returning the damaged lamps. We are currently awaiting the new lamps.

Gent.mo Sig. Pazzaglia, ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione negativa poiché non rispecchia la realtà dei fatti. Il suo ordine è datato 12 Agosto, primo giorno di chiusura feriale del nostro show-room. Come indicato nel sito, nel periodo dal 12 al 26 Agosto tutte le spedizione di prodotti erano chiaramente ferme. Al rientro è stata nostra cura ordinare i suoi prodotti al fornitore, prodotti che le sono stati recapitati in data giovedì 26 Settembre, 22 giorni lavorativi dopo l'ordine al fornitore. Sul nostro sito indichiamo chiaramente che per tutti i prodotti non disponibili a magazzino i tempi di consegna variano dai 20 ai 25 giorni lavorati in base al fornitore, di conseguenza crediamo di aver rispettato di gran lunga gli obblighi nei suoi confronti. Rimaniamo sempre e comunque a sua disposizione.

I wrote several e-mails, make several calls, wrote online and never got answer. I was worry that I was trapped and paid for something I'll never get... Only after writing to a WhatsApp channel someone called me back.
The order finally came home several weeks later as initially estimated. The product works (also one small screw is missing).
