Easy Return
Pulsar battery was defective. I was e-mailed a prepaid mailing label to return the battery. Lighter USA e-mailed me a refund minus a five dollar handling charge for the unusable battery within a week. Keep in mind that if you need to return an item: all correspondence will be by e-mail, you need access to a printer to print the label, purchase an envelope for mailing, take the package to usps and not expect a full refund.

So far I am on my second Vape the battery drains too quickly the grape flavor leeks through the mouthpiece and there is no way that there is 30,000 puffs the current one I have I opened it Sunday night at 8:30 puffed until bedtime maybe 2 hours and today Wednesday 11:00 a.m. it's reading zero
