Total disappointment
I requested, and paid for delivery to be within 1-3 days. This was paramount. After 3 days, the delivery had not arrived. I then tried to contact you, through telephone, messages and e-mails. Unable to make any contact whatsoever, to cancel the order. I have since had to order similar lights, from an alternative supplier.

Great products and prices
Great products - I bought some bulbs, a dimmer switch and 2 ceiling lights and they were all accurately described on the site with all the dimensions provided. Great price and quick delivery - I ordered from the uk and they were delivered within a week.

I was told that a refund had been sent , but it never materialised nothing in my account . PayPal refunded me in the end . As stated before in a previous review dated 3 march use this company at your peril . Customer service is diabolical

Delivery unreliable incorrect delivery information . Do not get satisfactory email replies to concerns and products turn up one on time and the other 3 days late.
Delivery emails come from different retail companies and not Lightexpert so confusing .
Product was ok. No replies to cancelling order . Communications terrible .
