Fantastic service, everything was delivered and set up to my requirements. The lighting added a brilliant touch to the room. Also very reasonably priced. Really can't recommend enough.

Sorry its took so long to leave a review. I was more than made up with lighthouse events at my wedding. I had rustic Mr and Mrs, Love letters, post box and back drop. Everything was beautiful. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. I also changed my date 3 times due to covid and they was more than helpful in changing my booking. I also didn't get the postbox key back in time for their next booking and it wasn't a problem. I paid for a new 1 which wasn't much. Nothing was any trouble. Thank you again.

Had a little hiccup a bulb blew on my Rustic Mr & Mrs and blew the fuse but was rectified by hotel staff apart from that was brilliant Ian apologised next morning they did look amazing

The lightning looked amazing for are Daughters wedding and the communication was great to ,they had to ring me the morning of the wedding as where we were having the reception didn’t won’t the back curtains with lights where I’d asked so lighthouse rang me to check & got it sorted would highly recommend.

Fabulous service with fabulous products. We hired Mr and Mrs lights for our wedding. They were well set up and we were extremely pleased with the service provided.

This company is Fabulous, they couldnt do enough for us. The products on offer are amazing, and value for money. The back drop, Love letters and post box really added to our day and complimented our venue very much. We had lots of compliments regarding these. Thank you ever so much for making our day that extra it special. HIGHLY reccomended

Surprised to see this email in my inbox to share a review when I didn’t go through with using the service. I cancelled the service after breaking off the wedding and began a very difficult break up. However I did paid in full and was told I could only have my money back if you could re sell the item I was hiring. This was even with 9 months notice and of course I never heard of you managed to resell. At the time I understandably I had other things on my mind and didn’t Persue this but if this is your policy it’s very disappointing and I will not use this company again. Not sure how your policy is right keeping someone’s money when they didn’t go through with the booking. Deposit yes of course, full balance absolutely not.
