The manager was extremely rude. Also, stop sending me emails. I never rented a storage unit.

This is the real deal on storage. I felt the management cared about my particular situation and was flexible and accommodating!

Why am I receiving this email? I don't have an account and should not have been charged for anything.

Was very impressed with their clean, brand new facility and their customer service. the prices were just icing on the cake.

Lighthouse storage has a more convenient flat access layout than other storage facilities I checked that were close by which were on hills that made getting back and forth to units a challenge. Besides the location being great the staff was also very helpful.

I called them to check out a unit and pricing, and they said they would be open. My husband and I arrived at the storage facility which was closed for lunch and won’t be open for 3 hours, and we looked at other storage units for cheaper and never came back to them. I just received an email from them stating, thanks for purchasing a unit, so I checked all my accounts thinking did I and I haven’t but it caused concern, especially when my husband and I were never able to even take a look at the facility or talk to anyone of the staff. I will be calling tomorrow to figure out what’s going on but I have not had a good experience.

The price per month I was quoted was much higher than what I'm actually paying. The woman I spoke to on the phone neglected to tell me insurance was mandatory. I will continue to look for a better option.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for zero stars. This place lied about the spot available, and left us stranded in our rv at 5:30 at night. The manager agreed that there was no way that the space was able to accommodate the size that was promised, but then couldn’t even refund my money! Do not use this place!!

Totally and completely dishonest. I believe this place to be among the worst. I do not know how or why they can function the way they do. Not to mention the level of incompetence of staff and lack of knowledge of their inventory. Reserved a storage online, *drive up unit, *("so and so") price, *first month free. All sounded good. Talked on phone to confirm, oh that unit is not drive up. As internet advertised. They can't fix to the correct unit on their end. He tried, but it's twice as much, otherwise I don't get the online deal. He will release the one he had saved and then I can reserve it. But, again, to get the online deal I must pay online right away. Not reserve and finish up in person. So I look for the released unit, nothing pops up under criteria. A ton of similar. I call back, I read him all options. He says "huh, if it's that size, then it's a drive up." So I verify, because now I have to pay my reg fees. It came out to about $30. I called back to confirm, he says it's not a drive up. They don't have drive up available. Then I find one that is. He switched it over, it was twice as much. But still got first month free, and only 20$ for a lock!? Ha! After everything is said and done, after multiple reviews of info, we finalize agreement. Then imagine my surprise when 1.5 weeks later, I am billed for the following month. Turns out if you want a free month as advertised, you have to rent unit on the 1st of the month. Crooks, thieves, liars, scandalous. So disgusting and reprehensible, I am ashamed that I referred family and friends there!
Never again!!

Yes, very decent treatment & proffessional staff!
The gentlemen who helped me showed me exactly what size storage I needed. He was fast friendly and helpful.
The only problem to watch out for is the cockroach infestation the outdoor storages. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I'm sure that it is common & unavoidable, so we cleaned everything thoroughly with Clorox wipes gloves on upon the closing of my contract. The manager was also fast, friendly & helpful. They offer water, coffee and candies.

Your on site staff is very unprofessional and rude.

Very nice storage site clean well lit area climate control site.I put my sister things there after her death very please and I also recived a discount wish they were in the Texas area would use again Mary Jarrow Houston Texas.

The guy at the desk was rude and they tried to charge me full price for two weeks and then told me I would have to pay again on the 1st the same amount

Couldn't get out at 7 PM. I understand no entry at 7 pm and after. Called both numbers on sign and gate for emergencies. There for about half hour. I called the police for assistance. Someone from inside was able to get out due to they have a business account. Security methods along with safety should be reevaluated.
