My experience at Lighthouse Storage on S. Military Trail in West Palm Beach, FL has been excellent. The staff is thorough, pleasant, and has responded to my every need with excellence. The units are clean and secure. The prices are competitive. My friend referred me and, as advertised, they received their referral fee without hesitation. I am grateful for such excellent service for a convenience that I currently need.

The only reason I am giving it one star is because 0 stars is not an option. I was charged for 2 months when I only used the storage for 3 weeks time!!!!! I am a teacher in Florida and I do not have money to throw away!!!!!!

The customer service we received from Manager, Alex was excellent. She worked with us to solve our storage issues and we are so happy to have found the perfect solution with Lighthouse. Don't go here
They changed ownership and we were suppose to get a 50 dollar discount for referring someone who rented a storage. So we paid the rent for it and now they are trying to say we owe the 50 plus late charges.The storage doesn't accept partial payment but they are saying that is what they received from us. Update, after saying they would take care John f T I got an email saying they are going to put a lien on unit.

Felicia and Jonathan, will give you excellent customer service very and friendly. It is a clean facility with easy access. They have a free truck you can use. The rates are very reasonable. 1/2 price on your first to months and if you fill out a review and receive 10$ off your next month for your review.
