This is a scam company. I ordered a xmas shirt which looked decent on photos, size L. What came was anything but size L, for example the sleeves were about 15 cm short! There litterally no return process. I can't even log in in my account as you the password is not recognised and when you click on the reset passw botton it says an email has been sent so you can reset the password but no email arrives. Do not be fooled!

The best I can say is that the goods turned up although it took some time.
The jewellery I expected to be the quality that it is, however, the dress was much poorer and far too small even after going up to the next size.
I looked at returning it but that option is made so difficult and expensive I decided to give the dress to charity and accept a couple of pounds credit.
That credit has just been received in dollars, not UK currency which is how I paid and has to be used by midnight 12 hours after I received it!!
I won’t ever buy from them again and feel duped. Obviously, I have unsubscribed.

Lovely pictures online and by comparison very low quality item received. No way to return item from website. You are forced to download an app and go through a complex process, including raising the issue on the app, email correspondence where you have to send photos and a lot of pressure to keep the item for a small store discount (which by then you definitely don’t want). Will not use in future.

So disapointed in this company. We have purchased from them in the past and the products have come from th UK but now they are cheap chinese imports of very low quality and the sizes are so out of wack. To return goods is impossible and to get your money back is also impossible. Never again

That companies like this are allowed to function in the UK is beyond me. Why a company, which gets a 92% ONE STAR Trustpilot rating, but is still allowed to trade here, is a mystery. How weak are customers rights in this country? And what does the ombudsman do? Very little.
Cheap Chinese imports. Very poor quality goods, wrongly sized and no realistic way of ever getting a refund. This company is based on the premis of selling poor quality goods at high prices and then making it impossible to get a refund. 92% of customers can't be wrong. A 92% ONE STAR rating indicates that this is exactly where the company wishes to be.

I know that TrustPilot, rightly, gives guidance on what can be said, but this company is, in my view, intentionally so poor that it should be waived.

If I could give a minus I would, what an horrendous company to deal with. Quality is poor and not as described with items. I tried sending 4 items back but because of all the hoops I would have to jump through AND they wouldn’t guarantee acceptance if I did as they suggested I took 50% off the items that will never be worn as size is way off. STEER CLEAR OF THEM

Bought 2 shirts. Very bad product. Quality sucks. Dosnt look like the picture, at all. The print looked like it's made in Windows 97. It's a jungle to reach supportservice without downloading their app and so on.
Just don't use this firm. It's a scam.

If you like jumping through hoops to return goods then by all means carry on ordering. I ordered various dresses in various styles and sizes for a cruise I was going on. When they arrived the quality was expected (for the price) but the sizing was ridiculous. I kept one item but set about returning the rest. Well, after searching around the site and finally working out how to return the goods I wish I had checked Trustpilot first. The amount of work that had to be done to return items, the packaging rules, costs etc. I have used Temu and Shein and have had no problems with returns. Will not be using Lightinabox in the future.

I ordered 2 t shirts. Order was duplicated. To be fair they refunded the 2nd one quickly.

I was then informed one t shirt delayed so asked for full refund. I was refunded for 1 t shirt. The other was posted. Several weeks later still no t shirt. There is a tracking option but it is blank. I won't order again. Reads like a UK website but all goods coming from abroad. I am expecting a poor product having seem these reviews.

The sizes are bogus. The dresses came in packaging with Asian scribbles on it below the English name, which verifies why the dresses fit so awkward. When I tried to return them, this is their response, "However, please kindly note that this product couldn't be returned for customer's personal reason (eg: don't like it, bought wrong size, no longer needed, etc). Because this item belong to the "Non-Returnable Items" in our Return Policy". Obviously, this policy is hidden because when I checked the Return Policy, there was no mention of "Returnable Items". I spent $400 and I was offered 20% off.

The garments all arrive from China and are of poor quality. Delivery takes forever.
Any items to return have to be sent back to China at your cost.
My advise is stay clear !!

I followed a size chart for a dress but still ended up getting a dress that was 2 sizes smaller than me. Tried to return the dress to discover it cost between 10-40 dollars! Dont use this store!

This company is a total scam
Dress completely different from picture, the quality was awful, I wouldn't even give it in to a charity shop, looks like a cheap Halloween costume, the returns policy is a joke, just lost €50. I usually check here for reviews first, clearly never did this time, so frustrating 🙄

Ordered pyjamas, didn't know it came from China, ordered xl but received small. Cost more to return. Wont buy from them again.

Arrived within delivery times everything as described good quality am now on my third order

Seems I responded to a different shop with a very similar Name. THIS is where I bought the dress, No return label with an address, they don't want anyone to return an item, they just keep your money.

I went to their website and filled out a form. I was ignored, they never replied. Does this surprise me? No. The dress did NOT fit the description at ALL, I note they give 7 days for a refund but I can't see any address. 7 DAYS??

Avoid,Scam,Extra money taken from your card after purchase.

Paid £14.81 for item which included postage. Next day billed a further £12.61. No customer service helpline etc total scam website avoid at all cost.

Yes, I got caught like so many others.
The Dress is of very, poor quality, in thin material not suitable for a dress, and could never be worn in the UK. The Picture doesn't show the dress as it really is. The Material is only suitable for flimsy scarves. The workmanship is appalling and extremely basic in construction. All totally unexcepted. The stitching is a heavy,
rough, overcast Zig-Za, badly finish off, and the white cotton ties at the
neckline are crude and basic. White cotton has been used on a pink dress,
it looks so tatty around the neck. Why do they use an address in Birmingham UK to send out their parcels but want the item returned to China? Would it be because they want to deter their customers from returning items knowing it's going to cost too much? (they tell you its up to $40) Yes, of course, It's just a huge Con selling trash at high prices aided by "good photo-smart" photography! Buyer, Don't do it, you will be very disappointed! Just try to get your money back from China or (that's where they want you to think it's come from!) Big Con! Will I ever get any of my money back? I'm not holding my breath!

Be careful , you think you are getting a good price. But they don't tell you you have to pay duty when purchasing the item so I ended up paying £100 more on import tax. To make matters worse most of the items I purchased were poorly made and terrible finishing. I will never use this company again they are jokers

If I could give minus stars I would. I have never dealt with a company so incompetent. I placed an order with this company on 16th November and after a lot of chasing finally got it today! Luckily I had paid through PalPal who managed to sort it for me but it took to the escalation point before I got my order.
