I am giving five stars because of the outcome of my experience with this company I bought some spotlights for my garden and rang to seek information about the brightness.I am 87 so still using the old wattage method to establish how bright these bulbs would be. Lady I spoke to had to refer my question on to get the answer.
Unfortunately, she was misinformed and the lights turned out to be a lot dimmer than i needed.
A couple of emails between us led to full refund AND they don't want them back. Will carry on looking through their website, and will have no hesitation in buying from them again

I ordered 4 wall lights online. I received a phone call from Paul explaining the supply situation as regards Wofi. He immediately gave me a refund and I was then able to reorder. The lights arrived within the week. Unfortunately one of the shades never made it in one piece. I contacted Paul, and he immediately sent my details to Wofi and led me through the procedure to follow for a replacement. He assured me that I could return all purchases at any time. I followed his advice and the replacement arrived from Germany as expected. Great service from start to finish. Thank you Paul.

The service provided was excellent. Before making my purchase I asked detailed questions about the light pendant. I received a clear explanation about the item. I ordered the item, and two days later it arrived, very well packed and in perfect condition.

Very quick delivery the boxes were a bit bashed about but well packaged by the manufacturer. Extremely good prices.

Table light (LED) just fine. Fits in well with the other furnishings.

Lovely product, as described. More importantly, delivery came within expected timeframe & I was informed via emails every step of the way so knew where it was. I have ordered numerous lights for house refurbishment & other lighting companies have not been reliable with deliveries or even stock online during the last 2 months. I am very happy with lighting style & wish I'd used them for everything now!!

Delivery great (within two days) with regular updates from the courier as well as lighting-style.co.uk. Would most definitely re-order from them again. A wonderful selection of products and their customer service is excellent. I have had to have a replacement item send to me , this was done with no issues, even during the current pandemic I was called back within a few hours of writing an email ! Excellent customer service !

Great service

Purchased an LED Floor lamp from lighting style, arrived very next day for free which was a bonus! Lovely bright looking light for a great price. Communication was excellent from them, I can certainly recommend and will be using again.
