Jo the manager was incredibly helpful when I described to her the product I was interested in buying from lighting bug. She immediately found the product for me, a present for a 70th birthday, and I’m really happy with it!

Product is exactly what we needed. Good communication when we chased up order due to Xmas/new year delay.

I have a pair of Laura Ashley glass lights that have been up for many years & recently whilst cleaning I smashed a piece. I tried a couple of other places who weren’t much help. Luckily I found Lighting Bug who have been amazing & really helpful from the start. It wasn’t something they stocked but still managed to find it for me. My glass arrived within a couple of days. Amazing customer service & I would definitely recommend. Thank you

I just wanted to write my review after my amazing afternoon visiting lighting bug yesterday. I rang to see if some items were in the showroom and they weren't so they advised that I pop in as they have a huge selection. Carol was incredible (as were the other 2 ladies in the shop). I was overwhelmed but once I explained what I needed, Carol suggested lots of different options. Came out with 3 lights and all the bulbs to fit. Superb shop and I can't believe I had never heard of it. So nice to be served by such welcoming staff that know their products. Thank you so much. Leaving this review so hopefully other people will be inspired to visit. So much better than buying on line!

Delivery on time and the right product sent kind of,the glass shades were sent and in the right size but the most important part was not included,the part where it screws onto the light fitting was not included,I kept all broken screw fittings bar 1 so now I have 1 shade I can't refit,this should be specified in the description when advertising your product...aside from that no problems,thanks.paul

Excellent customer service

Lighting shops are hard to find these days. Finding really good ones is even more difficult. Lighting Bug is outstanding. It has an excellent range, and the staff know their products inside out. They are also most helpful. Ample parking, too.

My Wife, and I have been here several times. The service is friendly, efficient and, above all patient. The staff know their products and will offer advice and help. Nothing is too much trouble. The product range is extensive and of good quality. Whatever your lighting issues, you'll find the right solution here.

Quick turn around and super useful

Huge selection of lights available to view in their showroom in Swindon, many more online i purchased a floor lamp that matched our new room good quality and great service.

Superb customer service - Lauren sorted out our broken wall light shade. We bought 2 new table lamps while we were in the store. On delivery one was damaged but the matter was dealt within 24 hours. Very happy with the way we were treated.

Thankyou so much to the lady yesterday who went to the trouble to not only help me with light bulbs but to explain in simple terms how the lumens work and what to look for. Only a small purchase from me but extremely good customer service
