Bought a string of LED lights with mini…
Bought a string of LED lights with mini remote control. Lights work well but no remote in the package. Company stated that the product doesn't come with a remote even though the package clearly stated that a remote was included. Company won't send a remote but offered $2.99 in compensation.

LED floodlights 50W
Have purchased 9 LED floodlights and 3 have failed and are faulty the others are fine. They won't replace these lights as no longer in warranty. Bad customer service, can't even reply to an email and get my name right.
Won't be buying from this company again.
