Great service. The light fittings arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately they weren't suitable so I had to return them. Really helpful guidance from the sales team about returning and a refund was issued very promptly. Very impressed.

The mirror arrived sporting a small damaged area. My call to Lighting R Us was answered straight away by a friendly efficient member of staff. A replacement mirror was ordered from their suppliers and should be with me in the next couple of days. Assuming that the replacement mirror has no faults I am very impressed with the way my transaction has been handled.

Very fast despatch of goods. In this case a table lamp. The lamp was well packed and protected from damage during transit. A competitive price too. Overall I'm very pleased.

Purchasing the goods was very straightforward. The price quoted for the items was the price we paid. No hidden charges.
The delivery arrived quickly and with no damage to our items. I was informed when my parcel would arrive. It was slightly later than originally said but that was the fault of the delivery company, but I received my items on the part of the day I was expecting them.
