Great Customer Service

Although the product (I got the natural lashes) didn't work well for me after several attempts, I'd say that this is down to my own lashes and the band not being able to adapt to the shape of my eyes rather than the product itself. Customer service has been very responsive and provided me step by step guidance to see how I can resolve my issues with the lashes falling off. While the Natural lashes may not be meant for me, I will reconsider if the other lashes might be more suitable. Big thumbs up for the Customer Service team -- thank you for being very helpful and understanding.

So far so good

So far so good. I had an issue with the pen not working but contacted light lash straight away and they came straight back to me. Sending me out a new pen so very happy with the service so far 😊

Refunded - Fairly treated

I contacted customer service and was replied to by Aivi. The lashes didn’t work for me as my own are very long and the adhesive just gunged my own together and the lashes were too wide for my eye. However AIvi refunded me no quibbles! You can’t say fairer than that. I imagine these lashes and clear adhesive would be fabulous for someone with short sparse lashes!

Amazing Insta Lash Liner

I was slightly sceptical about this liner when I ordered it. Oh my goodness it’s amazing. Lashes stay on all day and last longer as lashes are not coated in tacky glue. Brilliant product. Their customer service is fabulous too. Very quick replies and so helpful. Love this product.
