The Classroom Used To Be At Empire House At Wembley Adjacent And Below Wembley Tescos Express... I've Liked Their Customer Service Humourous Relaxed And Accomodating To Their Customers....

Dave Is Very Good Humourate Ans Is Funny But A Strict Teacher In A Nice Way ! Made Us All Feel Relaxed And Was Accomodating In He's Teaching To Us ......(Dave Is Excellant Smooth Accomodating Instructor)
Also Marcus And Ben.... But Dave Is Great He's Approachable And Is Nurturing And Students Will Get By Whether Its CBT Or Module 1 And Up To Test Full Stage.

Today I passed the CBT in Oxford. I had a wonderful instructor, Todd. Man is created to teach. His professional approach to students deserves great respect. The entire course took place in a pleasant atmosphere. Todd answered every question in a way that everyone could quickly understand. I highly recommend Todd and thank you. Dom

I passed my A Licence today first time and I am so happy and thrilled from such a great experience with Lightning Motorcycle Training, with instructors David, Carl, and especially Marcus. He is an amazing, calm and really patient instructor. His constructive feedback about my ride was straightforward, focusing not only on my ride improvements but also pointing out my good decisions on the road, which helped me with my confidence.
Thanks to all I have learned a lot! I highly recommend the Lightning Motorcycle training! You will definitely pass with them! :)

I have used Lightning Motorcycle Training (LMT) for over 6 years and they never disappoint! I completed two CBTs and completed my A2 and Full A licence with them. Each session was well-structured, professional and enjoyable. I have been with many different instructors over the 6 years and all have been great.

Alongside the great instructors, the office team that deals with calls and organising tests are also extremely helpful. Not only are they easy to contact and helpful on calls but they also organise a retest for the students ASAP after a test failure. I failed my MOD1 A2 test and the team were able to book my next slot once I had got back to the LMT centre.

I cannot recommend this company enough! A special shout out to Kevin (instructor) who did my two CBTS and training throughout the years. He is amazing at his job, enthusiastic, witty and great man!

Absolutely brilliant! I am 62, 5'2", 10 stone and a woman with an ambition to obtain an A class licence having never ridden before. The (many) instructors I had were all excellent, patient, encouraging, calm and really enthusiastic.

I was able to book as many practice sessions as I needed, including one on one lessons, and when I still managed to fail my Mod 1 twice, the office had managed to organise a resit before I had even driven home. The office support, email reminders and online training links are fantastic. This is a really professional company.

They never batted an eyelid when I fell off or dropped the bike, but helped me get back on and ride. The bikes are well maintained, and insurance for damage up to a certain limit was included. The teaching is multi-faceted and I found the scientific explanations as helpful as the practical support.

A really big thank you for helping me achieve something I didn't think was possible

I passed both my MOD1 and MOD2 first time. I trained at the Wembley site. Marcus gave me a road rider session as well as my MOD1 training lesson, Andrew took me to my MOD1 test where I passed and Dickie was my MOD2 lesson instructor and on the morning of my MOD2 test he gave me great pointers to help settle my nerves. I am in the process of searching for a bike and aim to be on the road soon.

I did my CBT with Lightning (Reading) and had Dave as my instructor. I'm not going to lie, the day was tough and there were points when I really debated just giving up. But Dave went above and beyond to build up my confidence and skills. He was honest and I knew that there was no way he'd progress me unless he knew I could be safe on the road. Honestly, I can say that Dave's passion, patience and dedication to his students is second to none. He wants people to fall in love with motorcycling, he wants people to have fun but he also wants us to be safe and good riders. Dave was great at really working with us to figure out our needs. He was firm when he needed to be, made us laugh when we needed it.

Give the man a raise, he's an absolute legend and I feel like I'll be a better rider because of his dedication and skill. 10/10 would recommend.

I completed my DAS course with Lightning (Wembley) today, with a first time pass in both my MOD1 & MOD2 tests, with only one minor in both despite having no "big bike" experience.

Andrew & especially Marcus are great tutors/riders & are a credit to the Lightning team, give them both a pay-rise! They took the time to identify needs of both riders in every session and clearly have a passion for getting people into riding.

I did my CBT with Dave at Lightning Motorcycle training in Wembley today. Dave made the whole training session very interesting and he was very knowledgeable and also professional in his approach. II was my renewal so I was dreading doing 6 hours but he made the whole training experience very enjoyable.

If anyone wants to do their cbt training at the Wembley centre I recommend Dave.

Poor service, different instructor for each lesson, cowboys.

Jobs worth instructors. I arrived literally minutes after the cut off, and was told I couldn't join the session. A poor lady had ridden 3.5 hours in the rain to get there, and the jobs worth jub running the session clearly TOOK PLEASURE in telling her that she would not be able to join either. She was soaked through as it was a rainy day, and it would have been so easy to let us join (cue the cookie cutter response to this review).
The location on Google maps is wrong, and they have a temporary location that was nestled in one of the 8 highly unstructured emails that I received in the run up to the session.
As a gesture of goodwill, I am allowed to rebook with a £20 discount. Absolutely livid. I've no incentive to rebook my CBT now.

Took my CBT test on 12th July and just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the whole experience.
All the staff there were friendly and cool to be around. Special shout out to my instructor Dave who's teaching method was concise and cordial. Thanks to his patience, positive attitude and professional instruction, I managed to get my certificate first try. Next day I was at my local motorcycle shop with a big grin on my face as I bought my first bike. (YZF125) Highly recommend you do your training with LMT as they really care about the customer and are a good bunch of guys to learn from. Fully intend to pass my theory and head back in a few months to get my full license!

Had a great experience at the Halesowen department thank you guy's they were very thorough both on the road and classroom base loads of patience when needed. Will be taking my full test with them , would advise anyone looking to start with CBT look no further go for it . Thanks Andy

Completed my CBT, Theory, MOD1, and finally the MOD2 passing first time today! Thanks to the Team at 'Reading' Abbey (Dave) for CBT and Mereoak (Keith/Kevin/Jerry) sites for all their expert training, constant reminders to me to switch off my indicator, which I now make sure I do! and for building my confidence on a motorbike from a beginner, learnt loads, thanks Guys!

Can’t recommend lighting pass highly enough.
All instructors were professional yet friendly.

I had a good experience with Lightning Motorcycle Training. They had immediate availability, and helped me schedule the training sessions so that the timing worked for me. The motorcycles were well maintained. I had the opportunity to ride with different instructors in different locations, and I managed to pass my tests the first time.

Had a wonderful training session in Wembley branch with a very nice humble person and ofcourse the best instructor Marcus.

Passed my mod1 and mod 2 at the Halesowen branch all in under 2 months Steve was great very relaxed building my convenience with every hour.passed my mod 1 with only 4 hours under my belt, and mod 2 with about 8 hours really enjoyable experience. my daughter did her CBT at the same time never riding before. many thanks to you both, Carl and Lily carney.
