Misleading product details

Item I bought was listed in stock and ready to ship but took over three weeks to ship . How does that make sense. Also comparison shopping showed their sale price was the regular price at other outlets. Kind of misleading. Purchased here for the free shipping.

product was marked final sale

product was marked final sale, turned out it was cheap junk from China and the company would not accept a return since it was marked 'final sale'. The price paid was not anywhere close to what we received. Original price was shown as over 400 dollars, we paid 200 dollars. I'd say it was worth about 25 dollars in terms of quality. Total rip off, do not buy from this company.

High Quality flush mount fixture

This was my second time purchasing the Monroe flush mount Kate Spade light fixture. It is a classic design, sleek, and high quality materials. I highly recommend this ceiling mount light fixture. We have one in our guest room and the other in the adjacent office space.

Won’t send me a return label to return…

Won’t send me a return label to return a light fixture. Multiple customer service people said I need to speak others in customer service in order to be emailed a return label. Just email it!! Poorly run company!

I ordered this light fixture in August…

I ordered this light fixture in August for a bathroom remodel and had to wait 3 months to receive it. I understand that the tariff situation was holding things up. It was for a guest bathroom that is seldom used so I did not fret too much about it. I am glad I waited because it is the perfect finishing touch.

Very displeased with quality of the…

I was not pleased with quality of the product I received. I was even more displeased with the fact that I have to pay 12% of the cost of the shipment to return the product. I have 3 chandeliers in my cart that I will be sourceing locally instead. Very disappointed!
